I'm simply looking to find someone to share life with. I want to be in a committed relationship with a guy I'm crazy about. It seems quite simple yet is proving to be a bit elusive.I guess we're all a bit pickier the second time around. :)I prefer someone close in age with mutual interests who is OK with kids ( I have two teenagers at home). My basics- Fun, low drama, intelligent & very loving and affectionate with the right person. I'm a big music lover and really love seeing live bands. There's much more to me but let's meet in person & I can fill you in.Rumor has it a lot of people lie about their age on this thing. I am 47, but am told I don't look it ( judge for yourself). Although I eventually want a relationship, I'm good with starting slow and dating, but if you're not on the same page, let's not waste each others time. Something low key for the first meeting...I've found the best is to meet for a quick drink to see if there is mutual chemistry and interest for a date

Hey... Life is short. And it's more fun when you can share stuff with people you like. My tastes range from wilderness canoeing to skiing to ballet to DIY home renos to a good book or movie or just listening to music. I especially love sailing. There's something about being outside and physical in a fun way - whatever the activity you choose.-indulgent historical romance - airport book :) ), the Economist and a decorating magazine or two. I am curious about everything and I like to learn/try new stuff. I'm not making any plans or setting any relationship goals - I'd rather just see what happens on its own. My work schedule takes me out of town for frequent short trips, which adds some challenges to this whole process. So not expecting miracles...but who knows? Grab a coffee/drink somewhere. Talk about what we like, what we've done and like to do. Doesn't take long to know if we'd enjoy spending more time together, right?
