At this point in my life, I cannot define how I am unique, as I am still a work in progress, and experiences are pertinent in my molding. I have come to the realization, life is not about the breaths you take, but the moments that take your breath away. I want to be the leading lady in someone's life, not just their best friend. Although, I am aware, a friend is someone whom reaches for your hand, but touches your heart and this is the basis to a lasting relationship. I have learned that everyone can choose to live with someone, or can choose to live with the one they cannot live without, and I choose the latter. I have watched so many people, whom felt the grass may be greener on the other side of the fence, learn, so is the water bill. No one seems to realize, one doesn't fall in love by choice, it's by a chance...No one stays in-love by chance, it's by effort...And no one falls out of love by effort, it's by choice...Be willing to make an effort and commitment to the person you fall in love with, and protect their heart at all cost. Remember, if you can not except someone at their worst, you do not deserve them at their best~ Please do not misunderstand what I am saying....I still love my career, but I am no longer as demanding of myself as I use to be. For yesterday is but a dream, and tomorrow is only a vision...but today well lived, makes every yesterday a dream of happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope. Still I shoot for the moon, because even if I miss I will be amongst the stars. I now live by these philosophies: Life is short; Break the rules; Forgive quickly; Kiss slowly; Love truly; Laugh uncontrollably; and NEVER regret anything that makes you smile. :) Some of my favorite things to do are traveling (a certified beach bum), movies, camping, and any worthwhile experience, which would never put anyone in peril or in a situation to be arrested. I believe now, the only thing you should plan in life, is to be surprised! I always have fun no matter what I am doing, because as long as I am with good company, lasting memories will be formed. Some other rules by which I live: What other people think of you, is none of your business; Don't take yourself seriously, no one else does; Not to live from the outside in, but to live from the inside out; May you LIVE all the days of your life; It is not the moment the defines your life, but how you define the moment; Learn the power of compromise, for it is better to bend a little than to break; Do not worry when someone is talking about you, just realize it is giving someone else a break; Life may not to be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we should dance; and When life hands you lemons, squirt it in someone's eye and haul butt!! As long as I am with enjoyable company, it really does not matter... :0)

    I work hard as an ER nurse and night shift clinical coordinator. I love my job,but it is not my life.(it does make me realize how short life can be and to just enjoy every minute of it that you can) My family always comes first. My children are now young adults working and gong to school with my oldest out on her own. No matter how old they are they will always be a priority for me. They are adopted and of different races so if that's not for you pass me on.I am just staring the process of looking for a home to purchase. I really like NJ, well, probably wouldn't have any complaints if someone warmed my car up for me every cold winter morning:) I am patient,easy going,reliable,generous and responsible. Looking for the same in a partner. I'm shy at first,but warm up quickly I can have a slightly warped sense of humor.....blame it on years of ER nursing.I like staying in shape and staying active. I run outside regularly and belong to a gym. LOVE the beach,rainy nights.sleeping in once in a while, Early fall mornings with a good cup of coffee, Halloween,pumpkin picking,apple picking. I love scary movies!! The kind that make you not want to be home alone! I like dressing up and going out for dinner or a drink somewhere out of the way, not too crowded. A place where we can actually hear each other talk and I don't feel like I could be the parent to most of the patrons.Also love casual stay at home times too. I like most types of music and enjoy good local bands. Going to the city is fun on occasion too. I never mind getting a little messy as long as I'm having fun:) Really most things we do are fun in the right company.Also love vacations exotic or different not necessarily the popular all inclusive resorts that are so popular,like stay-cations too they give me a chance to catch up on those things so easily put off, finding new places to explore as well as going to old favorites. So that's pretty much me in a few paragraphs. I am loving it and feeling great.I wont have to put a few extra pounds on profile someday soon. yeah:) I would probably like to meet at a coffee house or some type of cafe for a first date.
