Well, I'm not very good at this...But I should say, that I'm a mom first, as I've got a seven yr old boy who keeps me pretty busy!As far as interests go, I love to sing,I enjoy walking, and I don't like leaving home without my camera, as I tend to stop every now, and again, and just ***! Lol. Oh, and once, or twice a yr, I go out with some friends, find a spot on a dance floor, and stay there until the music stops! lol. There's so much more I could put, but it would take forever, as my computer skills aren,t exadtly the best! Lol. Just looking to make friends.

I'm looking for someone who is true to their profile and looking for a relationship. I enjoy the outdoors, prefer mountains and country to city. I enjoy weekend get aways, antique stores and fleas markets. I like to relax, go for a ride wherever the road takes us. I dig a man's man...someone who loves to laugh at yourself, me, us and whatever else we find amusing. I am usually attracted to someone handy, knows how to get something done, takes the initiative, strong . Hope for belly laughing, truths, crazy times, simplicity and moments of calm when the uncomfortable silences become unnoticed. The glance across the room means it's time to gooooo for better times, reassurance, or just because. I'm really not into a text fest. I believe and dig in the nuance of conversation and that alot is lost in trying to communicate thru *** texting. I'm up for coffee, tea, wine whatever to say hello to see if we want a date later...or sooner! I'm a jeans and t shirt girl... Can dress up, for you. I'm monogamous, not good at juggling!

You know the smart, kind of shy girl staring out the classroom window in high school, the one no-one noticed until she got the lead in the school musical? That was me then, and in many ways, it's still me now. For years, I've been learning how to shine onstage, and then retreating to the comfort of some hot chocolate, a good book, and maybe a snuggle.I have three boys in their teens; they are a big part of my life, and we still enjoy activities together, such as laughing together at YouTube videos, Scouting, making music (or just listening to it), or spending time poking tide pools at the beach. Love me, love my kids (or at least be willing to get used to them!) Professionally, I'm half-way through a master's degree at Royal Roads, looking for some work that will put the future MA to good use, and exploring ways to make the world a better place. I don't expect you to share exactly what I believe spiritually, but it would be great to know that you consider meditation and having a faith community a good trait. I'm not evangelical - my leanings are liberal/progressive/universalist. My faith gives me the energy and idealism to believe that the world can be saved.- sometimes running the same routes if I am into running (the urge comes and goes, lol). I want to do more lightweight camping and getting into the mountains. I'm car-less, and walk or ride my commuter-type bike most places.I also really enjoy the following "in-town" activities - And you? I often fall for the smart, shy guys, but you don't have to be a PhD. You've got an idea of what you are really good at, and it shows in the pride you take in your work -- or hobby . And you're generous in spirit - you're the guy who shovels the driveway of the old people next door. You love to be with your kids, if you have them. You are organized, but not anal about it :-). Bonus points if you can play an *** everything works out, you'll find I'm very affectionate/sensual, communicative, and into spending time together being romantic. We both know that the first date isn't a date. It's to make sure that neither of us is advertising falsely, or harbouring psycho beliefs ;-). The first "real"-- or maybe a movie, with Siskel and Ebert-like discussion afterward over a beer or a single malt. Or renting kayaks and paddling around the Gorge.
