I am a 48 year-young woman who is lighthearted and loving. My friends would say I am a good person who is kind to others and as gentle as they come. I am a unique individual who looks at the positives in all situations and am able to see the good in all people.I have a positive attitude and a great sense of humor. I am very laid back, what you see is what you get. I have been told I have the knack to put people at ease.I work as a crisis counselor so not much takes me by surprise. I enjoy my job because I spend time with people and have the ability to make a difference in the other people’s lives. I am really good at putting people at ease. I am easy to talk to and very down to earth. I am told I am a good teacher because I am patient and encouraging.I refuse to be around negative people or people who intentionally hurt others. I try to live by spiritual principles. I call my self a spiritual not religious person because I do not preach. I just live the way I believe my creator would want me to and try to always to do the next right thing. I love to dance and listen to music a "little too loud". I am not shy. I'll talk to just about anyone. Most people would tell you that I love to laugh and play; I can make almost anyone smile. I think it is because I’m a kid at heart. I have 3 grown children, ages 27, 25, and 23 and I have a close relationship with all of the even though they live away from me I talk to them often.I love the summer months. You will either find me on my motorcycle or by the water. I enjoy fishing, camping, and spending time in nature. In the winter months I play Scrabble, make jewelry or snuggle in with a good book. I don't watch much T.V. but I enjoy music. Everything but country.I Like live theater and concerts. I cherish spending time with friends, and enjoy getting to know new people. I have some of the most wonderful people in my life and consider myself blessed in that way.I choose not to drink alcohol or use illicit drugs. I like to face life head on, straight and sober. I don't find it necessary to drink in order to let loose and have fun. I hope to meet someone special on this site, as I have been out of a relationship for 5 years.
