About Me

Came here start up a business with a friend who seemed interested in his business idea until I got here. Once I arrived I discovered his health wasn't that great and he wasn't that interested or motivated to do the business after all. So there's no reason to stay in this boring town. In a few months I'm out of here for good. Looking for a well-travelled, sophisticated, smart man. I prefer foreign men ideally who are well-traveled, sophisticated, cultured, super smart, and entrepreneurial. I like super nerds/techies and professor types in addition to entrepreneurs. I need someone who is well-traveled and cultured.I've travelled all over the world and have many interests and have had a number of occupations in various industries including fashion, the arts, international sales and technology. I'm an entrepreneur at heart and am working on my next venture(s). I take care of myself and am kind of a health nut. Will reveal more in private e-mails if interested. I like foreign men particularly Asian. Also open to the idea of leaving America to live abroad permanently if I found the right person. Also, the climate appeals to me. The only thing that seems to be lacking is the multi-cultural aspect of an international city but otherwise from what I've read it sounds pretty good. I lived abroad for over 10 years in different cultures where I adopted various likes and values which is why I tend to go out with foreign men. They seem to have a broader, world perspective that a lot of Americans lack. Like most people I'm looking for someone who I can share common experiences and interests with. The most important thing about a first date is that we have a chance to talk and get to know each other so going to a movie or a concert probably wouldn't provide the best opportunity for a lot of conversation. I think perhaps going out for a drinks and appetizers followed by viewing a new show at a gallery would be fun. Or meeting for dinner or coffee and a walk in an interesting area of town (hope there are interesting areas in town). It's not so important what the itinerary is but that there is an opportunity for conversation.

"The tragedy of life is not that it ends so soon, but that we wait so long to begin it." ~Author unknownI'm emotionally and financially stable. Tired of the games and drama....life is too short to mess around with such power plays. I can agree to disagree! I'm a lover not a fighter.I am not flawless, as none of are, but I'm a good person with a big heart! I like to have fun and laugh. Some may describe me as a bit of a free spirit. I am looking to broaden my horizons, try new ventures and grow with new passions in my life....explore! I am not into drama and quite frankly could do without....I'm a one man woman, loyal, passionate and devoted to one....I'm not a cheater or into games. Looking for someone who has been down the same path and is looking for the same as I am....a partner/companion. I'm looking for potential right now and I've found that usually isn't defined after a first date.

Woman. 50 years old. Zodiac sign: Scorpio.

Looking for: man. In age: 47-57

Blonde haired, blue eyed, down to earth, independent gal born &I'm a girlie girl, so you won't find me baiting a hook or getting too excited about the latest hunting gadgets or gizmos. And I gotta tell ya, I'm not into sports either however, you might possibly persuade me to curl up on the sofa & watch a game with ya!What I do enjoy is spending time with family and friends, movies such as dramas, comedies, romance (remember I'm a girl & we like those kind of movies) and horror but only if I have someone to hold my hand during the scary parts!!Walking, planting & tending to flowers, good music, good food, star gazin', the magnificent colors of a sunset, flea markets and being silly from time to time are some of the other pleasures in life I enjoy.Looking for someone to see a movie with, rock out to a concert, dinner, an occasional night out dancing (if you feel like kicking up your heels), going to some of the various activities in & around the area or just some good ol' fashioned conversation!

I love to have fun. I would love to have won that Mega lottery last night,...but I didn't!! Oh well, I guess I'll have to work for a living! I'm a Great Mom! I have 2 kids, one in college, and one just Graduated college, and they live at home too, when they aren't too busy! I've been single since they were babies. They're good kids, and good students, I could say more, but, this isn't about them. I am flexible, I am just as happy going to the beach, as to the symphony. I love to travel, and explore new places. I love animals, kids, and nature, and enjoy visiting the State Parks. I like camping and fishing, almost as much as *****hotels and fine dining. I LOVE THE OCEAN! I'm not extremely political, but I do have opinions that I will defend when pressed. I like most types of music, especially country, rock-n-roll, and jazz, but the exception is that I don't care for acid rock. If you would find this equally mortifying, you could try to duck and hide, but you are forewarned, if the right song comes on... it will happen, it's usually best to just join in and enjoy the moment. My kids are always telling me not to talk to strangers, but I find it boring to just stand in a long line, and not talk to anyone. I am a good friend. I have many acquaintances, but a few friends have been in my life more than 20 years. My friends are important to me. They say that I am nice, honest, caring, beautiful and intelligent, a Good person, and have many talents, a good sense of humor, and deserve to be well-treated. I agree, why argue when they are correct? After we chat some, we could make a date to meet for Happy Hour, or to get a bite to eat somewhere casual...maybe have a snack and walk in the park, or on the beach. Since this is a first date it will be somewhere public, where we can talk, maybe participate in an activity, and enjoy each other's company.I'm fairly comfortable in most places so, make a suggestion, we'll make the best of whatever happens and could have a really great time!
