I joined the gym a few months ago so trying to get myself back in shape ..I have to say it is tougher as you get older!! LOL However, the gym is part of my life. I do it in moderation though... Anything on the beach, cold beer and oysters at Dusty's....I love Shell island and Crab Island is the bomb!! , sailing and boating....

My 3 children are a big part of my life and expect you to invite them into your world as I would your children. I am very passionate about music, it's therapeutic for me, always have it playing where ever I am.
