I have Arabian horses, and love to spend time training,riding and showing them. I also love to read, and especially enjoy mystery, sci-fi, fantasy, and historical books. I like most music genres, with the exception of rap/hip-hop. I enjoy having glass of wine or cup of coffee with friends, discussing anything and everything and boucing ideas off of each other. I'm a single mom with a demanding profession as an RN,, so making the most out of my free time is important to me. I plan on eventually getting my masters degree; I feel that education is an important aspect of a person no matter their chosen profession. I love learning new things and expanding my horizons. I consider myself to be spiritual but not religious, and am most comfortable with like minded people who don't feel the need to "convert" anyone to their point of view. Friends tell me that I am exceptionally supportive and understanding, but also very direct and honest when asked for my opinion on anything. Please note: I'm not into hook ups or one night stands- don't ask! I think a first date should be low-key and in a relaxed environment; meeting for coffee or to go see a movie would be good options. It's always difficult meeting someone for the first time, and trying to get an idea of whether or not you would like to get to know them better is easier if things are low-key.
