I'm a professional, hardworking, independent individual who owns a house and vehicle. I appreciate all the things life has to offer and all it's given me so far. I love concerts, and festivals. I haven't traveled in a long while so I would like to see more of the world some day, would love to see Vegas and all the shows. I like all music except Country, it always seems to tell the same old story. I lean more towards Heavy Metal, Metallica is a favorite. I grew up in the 80's and I think that was a fantastic era. I experienced the best of the bands and the greatest music.I'm very conscious of my health and looks so I take care of myself and wouldn't settle for anyone who didn't do the same. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, I'm my own personal landscaper, lawn care professional and handyman, I put my best effort in to fixing things myself before I have to call in the cavalry, my son or a true professional.I drive a truck and I can have a truck driver's mouth at times but I am always respectful in the company of others. Since my divorce I have been on this site off and on but have decided to really committ to it in hopes of finding the man of my dreams and we can both travel that road to happiness leaving loneliness far behind. I don't judge a book by it's cover because the reality could be that I've just possibly missed out on what could be the best thing in my life. Life is all about taking chances, it's an everyday occurance,so please take a chance and try your luck if you wish and let's see where it goes. I think a first date is more like a "one on one" evaluation, so I really couldn't describe what the ideal setting might be. I would just like to get to know one another and share our likes and dislikes, etc....and then we could decide if a second date would be suitable for both of us. However if I had to decide I would choose a semi quiet Sports Bar for a few drinks to loosen up and have a few laughs.

I have two sons...one little and one already grown... and I love to spend time with them when I can. I love to go dancing, country dancing, but unfortunately that requires a partner, which I don't have. I do like most kinds of music but country is my favorite. I also like to bowl although I'm not too good at it but getting there. I like to read, take lots of pictures, mostly of my boys, and do my scrapbook....it' very relaxing and stress relieving. I don't get to see many movies except all the animated and kiddie ones....which I really enjoy! I am looking for someone that is also easy going and is going to make me laugh. I like to hold hands and show affection and be shown affection....appropriate of course! I want strong arms that can hold me tight...not a wet noodle that I can't lean on. I don't like people that are grumpy and complainers. I believe life is too short to be grumpy and I try to look at the positive side of things. I don't like to talk about my work or your work outside of work. A short venting is sufficient if needed then drop it and move on with the day because it is going to be over before we know it and I don't want to waste my time listening to complaints. Well, that is ME and maybe I'll meet YOU! Dancing, dancing, dancing. Did I mention I like to two step?? Maybe share an appetizer and have a drink at the local bar and grill to talk a bit and get to know each other then dance all night. That is, as long as you know how to dance and arent going to step on my toes. And if you ARE going to step on my toes then maybe a movie or even a second drink would be better! And if we click, consider taking dance lessons. haha
