I am optimistic and hopeful this this will be a good way to meet someone. I consider myself "the girl next door" type of woman. I have an easy going personality, honest, sweet, thoughtful and love to laugh with a sassy sense of humor. I wear my heart on my sleeve and I know how to communicate well. I don't care for drama but do like some adventure. The bar scene is not for me. I drink socially but not very often. I enjoy the simple pleasures in life....campfires with friends &. My hobbies/favorite activities include fishing, going to car shows, camping/hiking, biking, festivals, stock car racing and Vikings football.I am confident in knowing what I look for in a partner. I enjoy someone who shares some of the same interests as I do and I am willing to try new things as well. I have a preference for a more "; rugged man who also has a soft spot (AKA: a big heart) inside of them. The ability and willingness to communicate, honesty and have respect for women in general are must haves in my book.I have been kind of a "homebody" since moving to the twin cities area from "up north" and am really looking forward to getting back to being more active and doing more of the activities I love and enjoy. I ran a 5k race with my adult son in April ***. It was one of the best experiences in my life. I would really enjoy meeting someone who would just like to become more active with me and/or be my "fitness" partner. I think a first date should be casual, somewhere that two people can talk and get to know each other a bit but also throw some fun in there...like bowling, car show, flea market, etc.
