. I am a down to earth woman who is looking for that special guy. I have been in numerous long term relationships that didn't work out for one reason or another. I dont want to date older than 52 ...also please have recent pictures !!!I have a very full life-family and friends are very important to me. I enjoy going to the movies, out to dinner, concerts, reading, working out, spending time with people I care about. I like all types of music-from Rock and Roll to Beyonce to Motown. Country..I am a very open minded person who can be thrown into any situation and do just fine. I enjoy getting to know new people and at this point in my life am looking for companionship with that special guy. My biggest regret at this point in my life is not having children, but I spend a lot of time with my nieces. If that special guy has children, that is not a problem at all. To put it simply-I am looking for that guy that you can't wait to talk to/see...say goodnight to, etc On a first date I think meeting for a drink is the best bet. If you hit it off, it can go into dinner, if not-no big deal. Sometimes there just isn't chemistry on both parts, so you move on.

It doesn't really matter where we go or what we do its all about getting to know someone and see if there is a connection.A funny first date: I was meeting someone I had never met before to go kayaking...In an effort not to be late, I rushed out of my car, shut the door and before I could stop it, I realized that my keys were locked inside..oops! My date asked what I wanted to do, I said lets kayak. So we kayaked and figured it out when we were done. Embarrassing? YES, but there was nothing I could do about it right then and there and didn't want to ruin what had the potential of being a great date! Needless to say, it didn't work out but was still memorable:-).
