It doesn't really matter where we go or what we do its all about getting to know someone and see if there is a connection.A funny first date: I was meeting someone I had never met before to go kayaking...In an effort not to be late, I rushed out of my car, shut the door and before I could stop it, I realized that my keys were locked inside..oops! My date asked what I wanted to do, I said lets kayak. So we kayaked and figured it out when we were done. Embarrassing? YES, but there was nothing I could do about it right then and there and didn't want to ruin what had the potential of being a great date! Needless to say, it didn't work out but was still memorable:-).

I am here to try this again, people have told me it works. I am a very straight forward person, so let me tell you what I am looking for.....I want a man who is available! Not married, yes, a novel idea! Someone who is over the ex, divorce...whatever, I hate the phrase, but it fits, "emotionally available" who is ready to start a new adventure......I would truly prefer a man who lives in close proximity to me.....I would like someone who has the same interests as me, but not everything....you know, the old saying, opposites attract!
