Honest, down-to-earth, non-judgemental girl with a great sense of humor and a sense of adventure. I'm able to laugh at myself and do....quite often. Pretty independent, but love being part of a team, too. Compassionate and generous. I am not a jealous person, nor is that acceptable to me in a partner. Kind of an odd duck, so I'd love to find someone I feel comfortable with just being me, and being someone that that person feels equally comfortable with just being themself--I want the good and the bad! Nobody is perfect, and to act like it is just that....acting. I am not a game player, and that is not what I am seeking. I have a one-year-old son, who is the joy of my life, and I try to stay active, as it is important to me to set a good example for him.I definitely have my faults, but I try to be honest with myself and others about what they are and try to improve myself. If you want to know anything about me, please just ask. The answer won't always be pretty, and I try not to sugarcoat or make excuses. I don't think I'm easily offended, so take a chance and ask. :-)I don't have any tattoos or piercings (other than ears) nor do I plan to. I realize that is something a lot of people are into, but it is not my thing. I am not looking for someone to take care of my son and myself--that will always be my job. What I would like is to find someone to share in the awesome times that we have together. By the way, if you're like me and wonder why someone looked at your profile and didn't say hi, it's probably because you said in your profile that you don't want kids (as my son is a pretty big part of my life) or that you're not looking for a woman with curves. I have both, so I won't waste your time. And I do appreciate honesty like that in reading a profile. I think it's better to clearly state expectations and cut out the bs. :-) I think a first date should be something that facilitates conversation, getting to know each other, maybe something active like a hike or doing a project together. In other words, something other than staring at a movie screen. :-)
