I am 48, smart, educated (the previous two are not necessarily the same thing in my experience ;-) curious, healthy and into travel, walking, good conversation, cooking and baking, good movies, and my family.; like art and design and good cinematography. I have been around the world a few times and I know who and what I am... I would like to meet someone who is similar in that regard.I am a very positive, upbeat, and optimistic person and have a difficult time with people who are perennially cranky or whiny. Life's too short!. I read a lot; I enjoy interesting ideas and and interesting, articulate people. I am very committed to health and fitness, though I am not a gym-head or hard-body type nor ever will be and don't tend to be very attracted to men who are more interested in their physique than their minds.I have an 11-year-old at home of whom I have sole physical custody, though her dad does get visitation.
