I want a man who is confident with who he is, financially stable himself. I'm a grown woman, a lady and expect to be treated that way. This means when we meet. I am 48, smart, educated (the previous two are not necessarily the same thing in my experience ;-) curious, healthy and into travel, walking, good conversation, cooking and baking, good movies, and my family.; like art and design and good cinematography. I have been around the world a few times and I know who and what I am... I would like to meet someone who is similar in that regard.I am a very positive, upbeat, and optimistic person and have a difficult time with people who are perennially cranky or whiny. I'm a little sarcastic but very kind in general .. though I'm a little on the shy side, I tend to get along very well with others and have a few close friends. I am not attracted to barflies, selfish, lazy, mean, or clingy people. A walk where we have an opportunity to talk and get to know one another, or dinner in a quiet place with a bit of privacy.
