Are you that special person who will share life's moments with me, someone who will grow with me emotionally, physically, and intellectually? Our journey together is what makes life so precious. Sometimes where we end up doesn't matter. It's really about who we are with along the way. That's what's important in this crazy world of ours. I need to live, really live, in this moment. Should the day bring us a round of beer pong because that's where the moment takes us, well...that's good too. I like to sit on the beach... when it's lightning. Will you do that with me?I want to spend time with a guy who will "dance" this day with me and, who knows, maybe a lifetime. If it is meant to be, it will happen. "Everything comes naturally," as Selena G. sings. Yes, that meant macaroni and meat every Sunday (they forced me to cook - really, they did!).I have several children, mostly away at college during the year. I prefer to share their lives privately, should we meet.I try to exercise as often as possible. Running feels so good, and it's invigorating to push my body to the "edge."Remember to let your destiny inside guide you. Trust her, for she will not disappoint. Keep smiling and Love Those Moments, for they do slip by.

I like to stay in shape and would love to meet someone who would enjoy that with me. And even if not with me, you taking care of yourself is gonna be pretty important. That does not mean I want to see a picture of you with your shirt off. As a matter of fact...I'd really rather not and every girl I know would say the same thing so please take that down before you write to me. :)' My dogs are my pride and joy. Recently retired from a non-profit org. I started 5 years ago so am busy trying to not be busy and finding some balance again. Yes, I do still have a real job; 2 actually. When not working I enjoy time at the local coffee shops reading a good book, the paper on Sunday mornings, or just spending time with neighbors that I might happen upon. Being productive at home is relaxing for me on a Saturday and then out with friends at night. I do love to travel and have done a lot of it, around the world, but don't get to as much as I'd like these days. Road trips are a favorite as well. My community is important to me and I try to stay involved in local issues. Enjoy word games, NPR, photography exhibits, writing, and cherish time with friends and time alone equally. Describing my personality in one word is impossible and Rockstar isn't it but I love that idea that it would be. Been called a bunch of those words they list for us to choose from; artsy, athletic, animal lover, beach bum, adventurer, starving artist, hippie, coffee snob, book worm, tree hugger. That last one makes me laugh. Things no one has ever called me and never will are chef, foodie, straight edge, fashionista and techie. Though I wish I was a techie. If you haven't read a book in a few years...have a need to be needed...don't understand why anyone would travel outside of the US...or if you consider killing animals a hobby, a right or a favor...please pass me by. Thanks. Oh, and if you aren't single. Depends on my mood at the time, and the guy of course. Low key real life events are good. I like to see how someone gets along in the real world as opposed to sitting across from me and saying what they think I want to hear while we both imbibe an array of adult beverages. Ouch! Did I really just write that out loud? Maybe an art show or small venue live music event so we'd have something in common to talk about in the moment and a reason to be out other than just each other. Then, even if we don't enjoy each other the time spent isn't a total loss.
