I am a great cook! You might want to be prepared to gain a few pounds... ;) I'm a little bit of a clean freak, but not so much that I can't "let it go"... I love life, people and animals (even some bugs!) Lol... with all of my heart! I am honest to a fault at times. I am trustworthy... .What you see is what you get. I am seperated after 21 years from a husband who was tempted by a "friend of mine" and now sleeps in her bed. I have three beautiful chidren. It won't be always be easy, but I know I am worth it and I am not giving up on life or on love! I am too happy and too passionate about life to give up and I do deserve better. I will give a new friend and a possible future lover all that I can. I have learned a lot and I am ready for the next journey.... I was a metal head in the 80's! Lol... I like everything but rap now... I do admit to liking country music! I have been working for the same Restaurant for well over five years. The restaurant industry is my passion. Although I am hoping to complete my RN soon.... I would much rather make you dinner (I like to show off my cooking abilities! ;) Lol!) then go to a snuffy restaurant. I like mixed flowers over roses, not that I need any. I want to be friends no matter what happens as long as we are always honest with eachother. I don't play games... I do want to find love again!     I'm a runner. But I am not just a runner. I like to try different things. Yoga is my new thing I want to try. I am a Labor and Delivery nurse and love my job. It usually makes for sometimes awkward but entertaining conversation. But it's a happy place to be most of the time. I love the summer. Being outside, at the river, beach or pool. Flip flops are my favorite! Add a glass of wine at sunset and you have the perfect day! For me a perfect first date would be laid back. Probably an oxymoron. Even so, it would be nice. But dinner outside on the patio of a local restaurant, wine, good conversation, with maybe a walk even if we have to drive somewhere to be able to take that walk.
