Making this short, but sweet and to the point. I'm fun, fit and yes in my forties and love it! With that said, I'm young at heart and am looking for someone between the ages of ***. I'm outgoing and am up for new adventures. Being fit is a huge part of my life and finding someone who shares the same interest in that is a definite perk. If you can make me laugh and smile and you have a great sense of humor, that's a plus. My ideal mate is someone who is genuine, loyal and chivalrous. Someone who is smart and driven and who likes to try new things and meet new people. If this sounds like you and you would like to know more about me, please send me an ***'s see if we are compatible. That's up to you since you will be doing the planning. :)

Looking for: man. In age: 39-49
HiYou've found the profile of a sassy, smart and fun woman. I have a teaching job I love, a great Italian Catholic family and wonderfully thoughtful and kind friends... ) . For the most part, I am happy with myself and with my life. I hope to find someone who, for the most part, is happy with himself and his life too. I know that I am best matched with a man who, like me, has a job, a steady income, speaks English, stands by his words, can be relied on, and is a Canadian citizen. I am a sucker for big brown eyes and a man who can cook and/or dance, even if badly. LOL Any of this connect with you? Let's start with something simple, seeing eachother in person over a drink & chat. ie. "meet".Then, if we are both interested, we can talk about going on a real first date - lots of options for that one!

I guess I am one of those adults that never really new what I wanted to be when I grew up except for that I wanted to travel. I wanted to try EVERYTHING and I am still that way. I will be honest here in saying that I still have yet to find a job I am passionate about. I currently work to have money so I can enjoy the things I like to do. However I am actively trying to pursue steps to change this so I can feel a little more satisfaction in that area of my life. I am equally at home hiking in the outdoors as well as dressing up and going to dinner and a show. My main hobbies are exploring arts and crafts, cake decorating and baking. Sometimes I consider myself to be a part time artist. One of my goals for the coming year is to find and create a space for myself to focus more on my artwork. I am an NPR junkie and enjoy reading the Economist magazine. When I am at home I enjoy listening to jazz, blues and world music (gotta love that Afro-pop)However I do enjoy listening to all kinds of music depending on the mood I am in. My favorite genres of movies and television shows are sci-fi and historical fiction and biographies. I also love to play Scrabble. Travel goals for the next year are to explore South America. I am really hoping to find someone who would want to travel with me as well. The "Plenty of Fish" gurus say to talk about what makes me unique. What makes me unique is that at 44 yrs, I still feel like that there is alot to discover and do in the world. I DO NOT feel old..and will be always looking for new things to try until the day I die. A sense of humor is very important to me and the ability to laugh at oneself. I guess my ideal first date is one where we just talk, have coffee and go on a walk. If it was raining we could play a game of scrabble at a local coffe shop. I am also open to going for a drink on a first date, somplace like Sub Zero or Crush would be cool.
