Yes, I have a cast! A little touch-up surgery to fix some broken bones. I'm going to be up and running (hahaha... OK not running) by end of September! Ok, addendum to that statement... My life is really full and terrific, the only thing that seems to be missing is someone to share things with. I like to think of myself as drama free but I might have my moments...The best lesson I've learned over the years is to enjoy each moment and I try not to sweat the small stuff. I do want a relationship at some point but I am not in a hurry. I am self employed and work from home with a client base that is 100% women so meeting men to date has been a challenge to say the least. I have a teenage daughter who is the light of my life. We are very close but I try hard not to veer too far over the line between mom and friend. My home is very important to me and I love to decorate and I'm always thinking of projects to make it better. Sometimes I get in over my head. I'm interested in learning and trying new things.* After being on here a while, I feel I need to add a couple things. Please really be over your ex. I don't mind hearing about your past at all. I think it's part of who you are but if you aren't finished with her, don't contact me. Also, non'smoker means you do not smoke, not you only smoke when you drink, not you are trying to quit (but haven't), not you think about quitting. Smoking is a deal breaker and if you say you don't and you do, that's a lie and an unacceptable way to begin any kind of relationship. Dinner, drinks, art show, walk in the park....
