I am confident but not arrogant, independent but also know how to depend on others when needed, sincere, intelligent, have a great sense of humor, and know how to not take life too seriously. As far as what I am looking for in a man....I don't really have a type, it is all about the connection with the mind, body and heart!Some attributes that I am looking for in a partner would be:1. Well here goes...Here I am.....Hi, I'm Annette. I'm a cool, down-to-earth mother of two fabulous, beautiful teenagers. One in college and the other in her senior year of high school. I have been divorced for two years now. Man, this whole dating thing has changed in 20> years. But gotta go with it.I consider myself to be caring, compassionate, loyal, and dedicated to the ones I care about. Honesty and openness/communication is very, very important to me. I just take it day by day and deal with what life throws at me. I do wish that I could find that special someone. I miss all the advantages of having and being with someone you care about. Cuddling on the couch, holding my hand while watching a movie, hug me tight and make my worries go away, kiss me under the moon and stars on a cool fall evening......ect....Just knowing I have someone that loves me, enjoys being with me, and misses me when their not.What do I like to do? Ugh....that's such a hard question. Now that I'm single and my kids are older, I am re-learning what I like to do. I love to go to my son's baseball games. He's awesome!! Anything outdoorsy. Going to the lake/camping, picnics, the beach, even going to the zoo. I think, I try to have fun with everything. I love to laugh and make others laugh. It is possible to make every situation a comic relief. I like all kinds of music and all kind of movies, depends on the mood. I like to shop, of course. I'm all about some road-trips and seeing new things. I do enjoy "going out". To a nice dinner and movie, a bar to get a drink and listen to a band. Maybe some dancing. I am a divorced mother of 2. My daughter is 17 and my son is14. I live my life for my kids but I would like to find an honest man to share our lives with....I always seem to find the fake men who seem to always find my heart but end up breaking it in the end....Kinda has made me scared to fall in love. I have a very good heart... would do anything for anyone.I am not the type of person who goes out on the first date then jumps in to bed with you, I have to get to know you before that happens. Love to fish but never been in to hunting I think it is sad to kill the poor little animals lol.
