About Me

I'm a pessimist trapped inside a persistant optimist, which basically means that for the most part I'm pleasantly surprised because I don't have high expectations (being a pessimist and all). It's also my way of saying that I have learned not to expect other people to "complete me", or act the way that I would, I am excited about accepting people for who they are *** trying to change or save them. Someone to explore new adventures with, travel with, and expand our circle of friends with new activities and adventures. I want to be with someone who doesn't take life so seriously and knows how to laugh and loves to play board games and isn't afraid of charades, singing in the rain, or swimming naked in the moonlight. I am extremely affectionate so I want a partner who doesn't mind hand holding and the occasional public display of affection, should the mood strike. I love quiet weekend getaways. Fireplaces. Walking in the woods after a rainfall. I hope to meet a woman who loves dogs as much as i do. It's a must actually. I think people who don't like dogs are weird. I don't even know what clothing looks like without dog hair on it! that can be taken anyway you like.I am continually on a journey of self discovery and hopefully ever improving the mark I will leave behind one day. A coffee, or walk the waterfront? I think I'd like to go some place fun and cultural, where we can move and talk, view, explore, share, discuss and get to know each other. Maybe there might be chemistry, I'm kind of a squishy romantic and really dig old fashioned hand holding as an acknowledgement of interest and affection but probably not on a first date...After that...everything else would be gravy.
