About Me

I am middle aged but have a young son still at home so I feel younger than most my age. I like to study, go to the beach, gamble and hang out with family and friends. I love all music but am most drawn to older R & B or soft rock, however I probably know some from every genre. I work and go to school and raise my child alone so at first someone would need to fit themselves into my life however as soon as I fall for them I can make time. I want to meet a nice person who is easy going and will make me laugh I am lonely but I am not looking for strictly a sexual thing (maybe 15 years ago) but now I want to have companionship. If you would like talk to me you never know what might come out of a little conversation. Side note: I have a child (however that child has a Daddy) so if you are not sure do not waste my time!! I should also mention that I am the most straight forward person you will ever meet so if you ask I will answer, I hide nothing. On a lighter note I just really want to get past all the pre relationship crap and act like we have been together for years ( you know comfortable) after like the first two dates, so if you are like me and can decide if you like someone and can handle most of their bull ***quickly then we might have a chance. I am not trying to scare anyone and I will not fall for just anyone, but I am tired of feeling like I am in an interrogation or on probation for weeks or even months to be in a relationship. Okay I promise I am a fun and friendly person and no more conditions but I really am lonely for a real relationship. Would say coffee but do not drink it so I will say maybe bar/restaurant so if a drink goes well maybe stay for a meal. If that is too heavy then a BBQ with all 70 of my family members is definately out right?

    This is the part that stumps me..what do people really want to know about? I am a mom of 2 girls i try to enjoy them and have fun with them when i can. I like to hang out with my friends and go to dinner or just out dancing, i like to dance just putting that out there. I can be happy just sitting at home and watching t.v, reading a book or playing a game with my daughter. I love to go to the beach even though i dont get there to often. I like nascar and football: Steelers fan! Work seems to consume my week but i make time for other things. I enjoy going to church on sunday I try to put God first.     Blah blah blah. This site is strange. Let's just say if your older than 53 or younger than 33 DO NOT contact me. I want someone that is close to my generation. Yes... Age is just a number but I am more comfortable with guys within ten years of my own age. I guess I'm wired like that. Lol. My biggest hobby is softball. I play womens league, co-ed indoor and and outdoor leagues and I also coach youth softball. I have played since I was five years old. I would prefer something public because I am a bit skeptical about weirdos out there. I would be most comfortable with a nice dinner and music or drinks afterward if there is a friend and/or romantic connection. I am open to suggestion and am very good at compromising so if there is something interesting you have in mind run it by me. Who knows what the night could bring.
