Ive been an artist all my life in various different ways...I sing, act, tap dance...try to play guitar...and now... I am currently bartending as a side job. It's a fun way to get out of the house...listen to good music and get paid!I enjoy any activity that involves being outdoors...hiking, biking, swimming, boating...but I also like relaxing at the beach or curling up by a fire to read a good book.I love to travel and explore tropical islands. Tahiti will be my next destination. If you made it this far in my description...then I'd like to add that I'm looking for someone to "compliment" my life and not "complicate" it. I have learned that relationships take work...but shouldn't be difficult.Yes, I have kids...but they are older. One is 22 and the other is 19. I love comparing notes about school and homework with them! Glass of wine...quiet dinner where we can talk...a walk on the beach...anywhere that we can get to know each other better.

Hello. I have a 7 year old daughter who is the joy in my life. I love baseball and have been a Braves fan a long time but love going to see the Giants play also. I also go to A's games. I just enjoy watching the game. I enjoy doing things with my daughter, movies, zoo, Marine World. I also like to work out, watch movies, explore new things or just hang out and relax. I can listen to different kinds of music but Uncle Kracker is my fave. I am a preschool teacher who works with 3 and 4 year old children. I love my job. Anything else you want to know just ask. It depends on the person. Something casual. Getting to know each other.

Just like everyone else, I hate doing these things. I mean, how do you summarize yourself? I always get caught between wanting to make a bulleted list (my organized side) and rambling on forever about this and that until you're lost in the prose and at the end you'll say, "...but you didn't finish the story!" (My creative side). If you read all the advice out there and you're a man, you'd go for the prose because women love reading that stuff. But if you're a woman, my ad is already too long. Go figure. Hah!What the heck. I've gone on this long...I am shy and introverted; yet charismatic and can be the life of the party. I don't tell a good joke, but most people find me amusing. I don't smile all the time, which I guess translates into being somewhat intimidating and unapproachable (but now that I've told you that, you will not find me so); but if you approach me I usually have a smile for you. I am often told that I am the 'bright spot' in many people's day and am often sought out for quick conversation when they are feeling down. More than one man has said I am a good driver. :-)I am a geek. I grew up reading comics and, while I don't collect anymore, I still pick up one or two issues once in a while. I have several TV shows and book series that I am gaga over. And yes, I gush about them like a teenager. Sue me...but if you're not into them I probably wouldn't bore you with the details. I hate to tell folks this, but *everybody* is a geek about *something*.Running has taken over my life recently. Mostly it's because I'm training for my first Half in November; I *do* make time for a social life. Time out with friends, my nephew's football games (followed by family time), hiking and so on and I'm also training at work so I can move into a different field; but running is my current passion and obsession of choice.Hmmm. I wrote more than intended, but I hope I left you wanting to find out more about my story...Please note that you are unlikely to get a return response from me if all you say is, "Hi." Or throw down only one or two sentences. Ask me a question. Tell me something about you. Anything for God's sake! Just not..."Hey."
