My crazy work schedule does not allow for the typical meeting and getting to know someone scenario. I work (nights,weekends and holidays) However dating IS VERY do-able, with some patience. I thought Id give this a try again. I'm a 42 year old lesbian, mother of a grown son and RN. I work in the ICU and dabble in ER and psychiatry nursing which I find very interesting. I have worked in health care for over 20 years and have been with the same company for the past 17 years. I enjoy my job tremendously and have a ton of stories to share (without violating HIPPA of corse) I havent dated much over the past few years... I guess Ive been busy with work, trying to establish myself and raising my son (who is 22 now and in the Air Force stationed in Germany) I guess I would describe myself as funny, witty, caring, romantic, spontaneous, artistic, honest,outgoing, sometimes clumsy, goofy, and a bad speller, my friends would probably add in weird, funny-sarcastic, and "nice". I enjoy watching movies especially a good horror or comedy. I do like to go out occasionally, play pool/dance but by no means have I ever been a bar fly. I hold my friends dear and while I have a small family I have a large extended family. I enjoy getting together with friends and playing board games, truth or dare and debating over just about any topic. I enjoy cooking but hate doing the dishes. I'm a constant doodler/sketcher, ever since I was a child. Of corse I enjoy the outdoors too wether its camping by the ocean or visiting the redwoods. I also love to travel.
