.. wait sorry... "tomboy" next door ;-) Ok maybe not so typical either. I am involved in a lot of physical activities in all seasons and I always push myself to the limit, both personally and professionally. Skiing, Biking, hiking, camping, softball, volleyball, roller skating, kickball... if it involves the outdoors (and especially the mountains) count me in! I do tend to prefer femmes ;-)I guess a good way to describe myself would be to explain my serious love of music. For me, music should elicit an emotional response. It should make you happy, angry, want to dance, want to cry, want to "mosh", have sex to :-) or whatever your tastes may be. If music doesn't make me feel something then it is just noise to me. I would be that crazy person you see driving around, biking, hiking, or whatever I'm doing, listening to my song list with the stereo turned up... or my headphones on, singing out loud and dancing around like an idiot ;-) Its all about enjoying life! For me??? something adventurous ;-)

I'm a bit hesitant to "jump right into" a relationship. I'm still getting my feet grounded here.Enjoy: Sporting events (Go Giants!), live music, comedy shows, theater. Reading, riding my bike, playing softball, going for walks, finding new, low-key adventures. I am a girl that Really Does Like Sports. Its a big part of my life & my family. Love spending time with my family and friends, but I know I need my own space and down time as well. I am willing to do & try just about anything (usually... there's always something, isn't there?). I like all types of music although I don't much care for country (sorry. no offense). I enjoy all types of food - sushi to Italian. However, a good old-fashioned BBQ can't be beat. I like finding mom & pop places that are serious about making good food. Finding "; is always great. I'm now a tea drinker and not coffee. I make a killer potato salad. I'm easy going, down to Earth, honest, extremely loyal, considerate, thoughtful, giving. I have sarcasm in my humor. Laugh everyday, guaranteed! I have my opinions, but am open minded. I like a good discussion to discover views I may not have considered. I believe in trying to find the positive in everyone. I feel there is possibly a higher power, a creator or multiple Gods/Goddesses. But I believe strongly in the power of human energy. I am more spiritual in my beliefs rather than following a strict religion however I have some Catholic tendencies...I am very fortunate to be surrounded by loving & caring family & friends.I'm more of a hotel girl than a camper, but I'll still go hike and discover new terrain as long as I can end the hike with a hot shower, a good meal, some wine and then resting on a comfy bed with soft pillows and cuddle. Its not an issue for me to have a partner go & do things she wants to do without me. Oddly (because I'm not a camping person), I do like fishing, off-roading and most adventures that are outdoors. My family has a "cabin" so to speak. I love going there. Its close to skiing, (winter) which I don't do but am perfectly fine if my partner does. I've thought about trying snowboarding. Its also close to a lake (summer). People watching is always fun too.Note: Must be pet-friendly, I have 2 cats. Fur, its everywhere I am. So I'm kinda like pig-pen from Peanuts however rather than dirt, its fur. - lol ! I have pet lint rollers stashed EVERYWHERE!Note 2: I know that I do not want to have children. If you have kid(s) already- no problem. Note 3: I have tatts (just a heads up).Working on getting some more current pics up... First date. hmmm. I suppose it would depend on the other person. Billiards, coffee/tea, mini-golf, a museum... or something more simple or light-hearted & fun so that conversation can flow.

Hey!! I'm just your average fun loving, all around extra lovable dork *** love cuddling, watching movies (either at the theater or on DVD), and just hanging out in general.I am something of a computer geek. I looove me some computer RPG's, like Dragon Age and Neverwinter Nights. The Baldur's Gate-type games are always good for some old school fun as well. For the most part, I admit, I am a homebody. I do like going out once in a while, but to me it's not a vital necessity for a good time. I'm not one of those people who needs to have alcohol in their system in order to have fun either (altho if you like to drink that's fine, I don't mean to sound like I'm against it because I'm really not :***Thustly, I don't really do the bar thing much. But if you know of a good arcade.... Whazzat?)I'm a wee bit dyslexic, so the vast majority of books that I read on a regular basis are of the graphic novel/comic trade paperback persuasion. Yeeeesssss, I read comics. Yeeeesssss, I am 40-something years old.Pffffft.With that said, I liked the "Ultimate" comics Marvel was doing before they started screwing them up. Seriously...I read them ALL at one point, even that somewhat crappy one that was a not-very-subtle-rip-off...oops... "homage"...of Batman. I also like Fables, Exiles, The Dark Knight Returns, Watchmen, League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen, and various other comics. I really want to find a copy of Camelot ***to replace the one I lost moving. I think All-Star Batman is a riot...I'M THE GODDAMN BATMAN!!!...*ahem*...It just depends on my mood, really.My dyslexic butt LOVES that they're doing comic versions of stuff like the Drizzt Do'Urden novels.; Dragons: Bad. Ass. Mofo. Who's just really misunderstood. Heh.Movies - I am really liking most of the comic moves that have been coming out for the last 10 years or so. They're finally able to get 'em right for the most part. Heh... For her movie, I think they forgot she had a comic book.). Captain America was pretty kickass as well...AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!! AWWWWW YEAHHHHHH!!!STAR WARS (I even kinda liked the prequels, except for Phantom Menace.).I liked the Star Trek movies that had the original cast (even tho I liked the Next Generation show better than TOS...probably because I watched all the episodes of TOS TO DEATH when I was a kid so maybe I got burned out?). So yeah, you could say I am something of a Trekkie (I met Uhura! She's a very nice woman.) I'm far from hardcore tho, other than TOS and TNG, I never really got into any of the other series. And I never really understood the appeal of that 7 of 9 chick.I consider Kill Bill to be the ultimate chick flick, and as such it is one of the few "chick flicks" I'll actually willingly watch and pay attention to.Music- I listen to a variety of stuff, from Top 40 to video game soundtracks. But for the most part, I likes the funky stuff. Stuff like pre- JW-).I also like some harder stuff, like Disturbed and Ozzy. I also like Fall Out Boy. Shaddap.I love Duran Duran way more than a lesbian probably really should. Bite me.No, really...bite me. I like it *evil grin*Ummm...ok...moving RIGHT along...Food - Just about anything Italian or Chinese. Not together tho, General Tso pizza would be nas-tay. Pepperoni lo-mein also sounds mighty gag-worthy, now that I think of it. Best those two culinary worlds remain ever separate...I absolutely loathe hamburgers and eggs. I will cook them for others, and I will cook them fantastically, but I will not eat them. I have been told that I make kick ass omelets (tho I must admit I am waaaaay out of practice)...I just take their word for it *lol*
