I think noisy is out, quiet and laid back is where it's at. I prefer a brief first meeting to see if there is an interest. I think it's perfectly okay to meet mid-week for coffee or drink and if the feeling's right, plan for a weekend follow-up date. Still, life isn't perfect. I tend to play life by ear.
