Easy-going blonde haired, blue-eyed 5'***and no my pics are not 10 years old-Honest to a fault and sometimes a bit on the sarcastic side :) I am a teacher full time and a bartender part time. I run a special ed camp in the summer. My family means everything to me and I consider myself to have strong moral values. I treat people the way I want to be treated and I am a firm believer in Karma- As for sports I like football and like the football pools even more :) Mets fan but only like watching it if I'm at a game-Love the beach and have traveled to lots of the islands in the Caribbean. I also read alot and enjoy a good action movie, comedy, or horror if it's not too corny. I'm really not into the whole club scene and prefer going to a smaller bar and shooting pool or playing darts. Can get dressed up for a night out in that little black dress or hang on the couch in sweats and watch a movie. I like all types of music with the exception of rap or country. I'm pretty easy-going and would like to find someone that likes to enjoy life minus the drama. Anything from gambling at the track to a night at Dave and Buster's. Like boating, fishing, hiking, and the outdoors (when it's warm) when it's colder you can find me hanging out by the fireplace with a good DVD. This is all new to me so I'm unsure of the whole on-line etiquette thing-If there's an interest I will def get back to you and if not I wish you the best with your search :***A final thought...-You can see mine I should be able to see yours :) To any guys out there meeting up with women that don't look like their pics, I'm not one of them before we meet you can check out *** I'm really me lol :) In the same token please have up to date pics not three years old and don't have your age in the 40's when it's really in the 50's it's deceiving and a turn off :(. A good first date would be to meet up for a drink or coffee that way if there's an interest fine. If not we can both be on our way. Not into wasting anyone's time.     Disclaimer: I have read what I wrote and it tends to sound rather formal. That really isn’t who I am. I am a down to earth person who will pretty much tell it like it is (or at least how I see it). Notice the line about making others laugh, this is something I love to do! Anyways, read on and you’ll see what I mean…I value people who exhibit life ambition. This doesn’t mean that you are constantly looking to climb the corporate ladder, but rather you are always looking for ways to better yourself and broaden your horizon. This could mean schooling, but mainly it is doing the things that make you happy with who you are as a person. It could be learning a new hobby, taking a class or face and overcome a fear. A personal example would be facing my fear of claustrophobia by crawling through an enclosed maze in the dark. My heart was beating out of my chest and I hated every second of it, but once I was through I was very proud of my accomplishment.Family and friends are a very important part of life. I was raised within a loving family and I am still close with all of them. Even though we are now scattered around the U.S., we stay in touch and visit when possible. If my family or a friend needed me, I take pride in being there to support them in whatever way I am able.I am an outgoing person. I love to make people laugh. I would say that my brand of humor is sarcastic, but not mean. I am honest, sometimes I think I might be too honest. If someone asks a question looking for the answer to be what he or she wants to hear, I may be the right person. However, if I sense that this is the case I will ask the person if they really want to hear my opinion. Just because I’m related to you or your friend doesn’t mean that I will lie to you and tell you what you want to hear. I am an independent person, but I would love to find someone to share my life with. I don’t need anyone, but I want a special someone in my life. I feel that if you need someone, a relationship won’t work. If I need someone to be happy then I am not happy with myself, and honestly, it’s too much pressure to put on someone else to make them responsible for my happiness. I think it is important for two people to have shared interests, but also to have different interest as well. Variety is the spice of life, or so I have heard. The perfect first date is something that allows plenty of time for conversation and getting to know each other.
