Honesty and integrity are key foundations for me, so if you struggle with either, please don't bother. I rarely turn on the tv, but love quiet evenings with Netflix, a good meal, and a glass of wine. I meditate, practice yoga, and pamper myself on the regular. Something where we can have fun and laugh :)
