About Me

I have to be honest and say this awkward for me. I'm not accostumed to talking about myself but here it goes. I love to be out with friends and family. My closest friends (who know you better than yourself) would describe me as a passionate, self-giving, patient, fun-loving, outgoing, joyful, listener, gifted and one who would do anything for anyone. In no way am I perfect or looking for "Mr. Perfect". The greatest pleasure is getting to know someone from the inside out. Yes, I do believe there needs to be some physical attraction, but my "heart-attraction" is more important than looks. Crazy right? My Christian faith, family and friends are extremely important to me. I find pleasure in life's simple treasures, teaching "Kidzone" (children's church) and spending time with positive, uplifting friends. The bar scene is not my style, however, I do like to go out on the town dancing, to the theatre or a fancy "date night". Having not yet been married, my nephew is the apple of my eye. My motto is "live life to the fullest because it only happens once in a life time!"     Hi! I’m a single mother of twin boys and feeling better than I have in years. I’m looking for friends and perhaps more if I can meet the right person. I’m not ready to rush headlong into anything serious but if it happens I'm certainly open to it. Religiously I’d label myself as spiritual but not really religious.I eat most anything but I’m not a huge fan of sushi. I was vegetarian but gave that up a few years ago. I enjoy different kinds of music, but I’m a child of the 80s so anything from that time period holds a special place in my heart, even the old hair bands! I grew up listening to old country and like some of the new as well. I like other stuff as well and I’d love to explore some new music. Anything you want to know, just ask. I’m open and I’d really love to hear from you!UPDATE: I think it takes more than one date or even two to get a real sense of someone. We're all nervous on the first date right?
