After having a few meetville dates, let me say this: just be honest! You don't have to lie about what you want. If you have certain expectations about how things need to be, just be open about that. Communicate & be yourself. I would much rather you be open & honest about who you are & what you want then tell me whatever you think I want to hear...because guess what? You don't know me yet! Now's probably a good time to let you know that I'm a strong, independent woman. While I would ultimately like to find someone to share my life with, I am fully capable of taking care of myself. I tend to know what I want, and I've been told that can be a little intimidating. Once you get to know me, you'll find I'm a huge dork, I'll make jokes to ease tense situations, I'm sweet & compassionate, tender & loving, and I'll be your biggest cheerleader. I have a great sense of humor, so if you make me laugh it's a very good start. I am a morning person, but I can entertain myself until the rest of the world wakes up. I love watching movies. I also always fall asleep during said movies. So, if we're on the couch watching a movie, please be prepared to have either my head or my feet on your lap. You can choose. See...I can be nice!I like all kinds of music, but country is my favorite. My stations at works are either country, Maroon 5, or sometimes a little contemporary christian...just depends on my mood...or if I'm feeling particularly feisty & want to piss off a coworker. Come on...when you work in a room full of cubicles, you have to find ways to entertain yourself. I have a Nerf gun, and I'm not afraid to use it. I have 2 daughters, ages 23 & 12. I shouldn't have to say they come first, that's a given. I prefer meeting in a public place the first time. We can meet for coffee, or a walk around the canal, or even a concert in the park...something casual and fun, where we can talk & get to know each other a bit.

I am not very good at describing myself, but here it goes..... I like to hang out with my friends, play poker, watch movies, read books, play on my phone, and go to the bar and watch MMA. I have an unusual love of bull riding....I honestly have no idea why because I don't consider myself country. I love being around my family, although I don't get to spend as much time with them as I would like. I am definitely a jeans and t-shirt person, but not against dressing up when called for. I am just going to come out and say it....I am not a girlie girl, and I am comfortable with this. I love to laugh, can take a joke, and I believe that I have a great sense of humor (but honestly don't we all!!! LOL). I don't know if I have a favorite of all time band, but I do like Evanescence. I like alternative music mostly. I am a horror flick fan to say the least. I love pretty much any zombie or vampire movie. I like action movies and do like chick movies sometimes, but that really isn't my style. I am also a huge Laurell K. I pretty much will enjoy anything with the right person to hang out with. I am more interested in intellence than looks, but believe that you have to be attracted to someone for a relationship to bloom. I am looking for someone that is kind, respectful, great sense of humor, spontaneous, and loving. Someone that isn't primarily just interested in sex, but someone that would like to get to know me and be friends, don't get me wrong sex has it's place and I am not against it, but friends first the rest will follow. I like people that speak there minds and have an opinion. Well if you have still reading this then, please I'M me. My ideal first date....this is easy....Dinner....traditional or something interesting your choice. First time meeting someone is important it needs to be in a quite place to sit down and talk. It is a great way to start.
