About Me

I am a very down to earth girl that knows what she wants out of life...I am a very honest, caring and trustworthy person and looking for the same....Without trust and communication you have nothing....I'm not gonna pretend to be something or someone I'm not....I want to be wanted for who I am...This is me!!!! Family is a big part of my life, I do spend a lot of time with family and friends and I like spending time with that special someone too just hanging out doing whatever we both choose to do...I like going to the movies, dancing, dining out, bbq's to crawfish boils, being on the water or just staying home cooking with a glass of wine and having fun doing so with someone special....I can go from a dress up formal affair to a pair of jeans and a T-shirt mud riding, just having fun....I come from a family of LSU fans, so any LSU sporting events with friends is a fun time....My life is going good right now, but it would be better if I had that special someone to share it with.....My kids are my world and I do spend alot of time with them....I like to eat out at different restaurants, not a picky eater, I do love Italian food, a good steak and sushi....I love music of any kind, something you can have fun and dance to is the best.... I would like to meet for dinner and drinks, afternoon coffee or whatever is of interest that we decide to do....

    My closest friends usually describe me as being "geniune or real". I can say I shoot straight from the hip. I am a grounded/down to earth woman who enjoys caring/pleasing others, for the majority has a great outlook on life, loves to have fun (comedic/sarcastic) and welcomes adventure. Life is way to short to take EVERYTHING so serious..don't sweat the small stuff... I believe that laughter is the spice of life and some of the most enjoyable things are the simplest things in life. I am open to trying just about anything...I don't get scared easily and am not afraid to get my hands dirty. What motivates me?...my girls...basically trying to be the best mom I can be. I realize...they did not welcome nor had choice in the dissolve of our family/marriage...however, it is up to me to give them the tools they will need to find happiness some day. I know that kids learn by example (pretty big shoes to fill ;). They come first, and they should..they inspire me to become a better person (I am far from perfect, but always trying to better myself). Who/what I am looking for? Someone who would like to share in life/experiences (not all of them ;) but a guy that would know what decision to make for the common good - good for both; or is able to discuss/compromise). A man who hard working, enjoys life (being outdoors, adventure, possess a great sense of humor, has common sense, enjoys being romantic and spontaneous). Chemistry is a must (love great eyes, smiles, athletic type build). I don't like to play games, so communication (yes talking) is required.     No longer new at this and more skeptical than when I started, but I'll keep trying. In the past, I tried meeting nice, decent guys at bars or clubs, but that never happens.
