Hello there!! I am a down-to-Earth, hard-working, smart, caring female looking for the same. I have an AWESOME sense of humor, which at times is a little on the oddball side, and love to laugh. I have two dogs, whom I rescued from their own private hell, and they are now my spoiled children, I do have a big heart and am fiercely loyal to those I love.I like to read a wide range of genres of books and magazines, and love to learn new things. I like to do needlepoint on cold winter nights, but would truly would like to move out of the area of cold winter nights...lol. I have a degree in Culinary Arts, and LOVE to cook. My dream has always been to own a restaurant/bakery.I like MOST types of music, except rap, hip-hop and heavy metal. My FAVORITES are country and Christian rock. I like to listen to live music and local talent, and I love to sing karaoke and am also in a local all women's choir.My spirituality is very important to me, and it tends to guide my political views. I believe that if you believe in God, right vs. wrong, and that the Bible is our "lawbook" for life, than the government would not have as much power as it goes. I would say somewhere quiet, where we could get to know each other a little better. I a VERY shy when I first meet someone and can honestly say that your "first impression" of me may be totally different than the real me. Once I feel comfortable, which doesn't take long, my real personality bursts forth.
