I have a great job, wonderful family and friends, and am now looking for a guy to share experiences. I enjoy long walks on the beach, picnics in the park... oh wait, that's not exactly accurate. I love the beach but only if I am sitting in a lounge chair with a book and a drink. Picnics in the park are great if it's March or October so the weather is cooler, and the food it easy to eat. Life's too short not to experience as much as possible, so my time fills up quickly. However, experiences can wear me out, so I love a good long weekend nap on the couch, especially when it's raining. What makes me unique? I guess you'll have to discover that for yourself. I think it depends on the person involved, but I would say somewhere that allows for conversation. The fancy dates can come later.

Simply put, I love my life, my family, friends, and I especially love my job! I am a postpartum nurse & care for moms just after they have had their babies.....definitely one of the happiest places in a hospital. I will eventually go back to school to get my Masters Degree and become a Nurse Practitioner. I love to laugh (even at myself sometimes) and am incredibly down to earth. I am always ready for great conversation, adventures, and learning new things. I value honesty and integrity and consider myself an open book. Life is to be lived and sitting on the sidelines isn't an option for me. I am a hopeless romantic and believe that there is someone amazing out there for me, but we just haven't found each other yet.I do come with 2 gifts with purchase....my 2 beautiful girls (ages 6 & 8). After God, they are the most important thing in my life. Whoever I date needs to love children and either have kids of their own or want kids. If you aren't into kids then we would definitely not be a good match. As far as what I'm looking for.....I am looking for a strong man to be my best friend and partner in life through all of the highs and lows. Someone who likes to go out on dates & have fun but is also just as happy staying home and hanging out on the couch watching a movie. I believe that relationships are a partnership and both people are responsible for making it work and working through things together. Someone who values honesty just as much as I do and isn't afraid to confront issues head on. Someone who can make me laugh and can carry on an intelligent conversation. And someone who is willing to go through all the crazy adventures of life with me with a huge smile on their face and holding my hand. First dates are essentially informal interviews.....so with that being said, a nice dinner or meeting up for coffee is usually good. If you hit it off, there will be plenty of time for better dates down the road.
