About Me

If I had a million dollars, I would go on an extended vacation to a tropical place and drink frosty coconut flavored drinks. Since I love my job, but definitely do not have a million dollars, I am perfectly content to watch the waves at a local beach, check out art at the museum or catch a live band. I love music of all types, my current favorites being Linkin Park, Pink and One Republic. I am into learning new things, especially about nature, history and education. I can be sentimental, silly, sarcastic and if this is any indicator of my personality...I'm the type to sing in my car, get ice cream thru the drive thru in my jammies, and love snuggling up with either my kids or a good book. Some random things about me: I am left-handed, like things neat and organized, and love conversations where we may agree to disagree. Sorry! I recover quick, though...you'll see. Some things I cant do without are: my kids, family, friends, music, books, midnite conversations, laughter, sarcasm, thunderstorms and a positive outlook.I work in the mental health field, helping children in need. I love my job, its definitely my passion. I am also dedicated, driven, compassionate and not afraid to speak my mind. I know how to hang stuff, fix stuff with duct tape and check my oil, but feel like everything would be more complete with someone to share it all with. I have no idea what package you may come in, but if you have an honest, kind heart and are passionate about life...we might get along well. Im very low key about the small stuff and generally believe everything works out just as it should. I have high standards and I hope you do, too.
