Just grab a bunch of friends head to a park and make an afternoon of it. I would say I go to the gym around ***times a week, is very important to me and I am not willing to compromise that. I LOVE the water, whether its laying on the beach, swimming,or just cruising in a boat or on a seadoo. I am pretty "religious" I would say, and I go to church every Sunday.
