Came from a place where there wasn't much to do, so I'm looking forward to being in a big city! Recently finished nursing school - am looking forward to expanding my career. This is also one of the reasons why I moved to Calgary as there is a lot more opportunity for work and growth in the health care field.Friends and family are very important to me, so I always try to make as much time as I can to see them. With this move I'll be leaving a lot of family and friends behind so I'm hoping to use this time to focus on my career. I love all types of music. All depending on my mood my playlist ranges anywhere from top hits to any of the local bands around town. I'm not picky with different genres. Some of my favorite things to do are hopping in a car with no place to go, catching up with friends on the phone or going for a coffee, and taking my dog for long walks. Having a quiet night in is always nice too! With some free time I'm hoping to get back in to competitive rowing - Competed for 8 years before an injury that kept me from continuing. Hitting up the gym and going for runs is something I keep up with to stay healthy :) Or even just going for a long walk! Watching sports on TV is great too - but I would definitely prefer to play them. I'm looking for an honest guy to get to know, not rush in to things, and take it from there. Ok, so here it goes...this is the moment where I am suppose to write some epic dialogue that will draw you in right? Well for starters I am looking for someone who is kind and caring, and appreciates both their friends and family. A good sense of humour always helps. I love to listen to music and believe that a good song is a good song, no matter what the genre is. My i-pod carries the soundtrack to my life.I have a huge passion for portrait photography., and love spending my time being creative shooting friends and family as well as any others who will let me.I love animals (little freaked out by reptiles), spending time out on the boat at the lake or in search of neat new locations in the outdoors. I have tendency to be shy and quiet around new people but really open up once I get to know you. I love to laugh and appreciate good sarcasm when I here it. I also really enjoy a good comedy show!
