Woman. 31 years old. Zodiac sign: Scorpio.
Looking for: man. In age: 28-38
I just moved here last November. Would love to make some great friendships and maybe maybe more. I have a fun and happy personality. I dont ever take life too seriously. You only live once. I'm also very loyal. I cherish every friendship or relationship I have. I only like having quality people in my life and have so much to share and give to them. I'm looking for someone who is affectionate, funny, motivated and who can rock my world. I like to have fun and want to have a partner in crime;) I dont do too well with shy guys, I tend to like someone with a bit more outgoing personality. Please note that if it is your agenda to ask me all about sex and get naughty in the first time we talk, than dont bother. Too many guys on here are just looking for a piece. No thanks to you if thats who you are. I'm looking for something with more depth than just physical appearance and sex. I want intimacy with mind and body. With that said, it doesn't hurt if your tall, dark and handsome!Time to update: I'm looking to date not to have multiple texting buddies. I'm old school and like to be asked out. I know what I want am looking for a MAN who does too!

And on a more serious, but still funny, and very true note: *** I will totally google you: *** crisis led me to joining the military. Most of the people I hang out with now are in relationships, which leads to me feeling like the 3rd, 5th, 7th wheel. I'm really just testing this whole internet dating thing out. I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for other than friends (male or female) to adventure with, but am open to the possibility of a friendship leading to dating (males only). I work hard during the week, so I try to maximize what I can get out of the weekends. Upcoming goals are to get scuba certified and to hike the entire Kalalau Trail (UPDATE: Trail completed 2 Sep). Perverts need not apply.) I like to read (I'm a book nerd). I've recently gotten into doing triathlons (i.e. I've done one sprint triathlon and was peer pressured into signing up for a full one soon. I am 77% confident in my ability to finish... 99% sure it will be dead last UPDATE: Tinman completed and performance was better than anticipated). I am not good at math. I love to travel and would really like someone with the ability to do so as well. I love hiking and try to go on a new hike every weekend. Deal Breakers: 1. There are any pictures of you taken in a mirror (especially in the bathroom... ESPECIALLY if there is a toilet in the background) 2. All of your pics are 'selfies' (I hate myself a little bit for having used that term seriously) 3. You don't know the difference between "you're/your" and "they're/their" (I'm in no way a grammar expert, but a gal needs standards) 4. Over-use of 'lol', emoticons, or the replacement of letters with numbers 5. Your profile announces you to be "drama-free" and/or that you "love to have fun" (both giant red flags, in my experience)If you message me, I prefer you make it something a little more personal than "Hi there". Small talk isn't exactly a strength of mine so I'd prefer that you at least make it obvious you've read this profile and perhaps mention what exactly prompted you to message. * Another lack in strength- writing about myself. I think this profile makes me sound a little intense. I have a dry sense of humor and it doesn't translate too well into selling myself (here). Other than an infrequent case of ****y resting face, I'm usually smiling and quick to laugh. I couldn't even tell you the last time I went on a "date". My relationships have all begun with friendships and my dates have been 'date nights' once the relationship was established. The thought of having to get dressed up, go to dinner, and ask/answer a bunch of interview-like questions before panicking about whether or not he will kiss me... or whether I even WANT him to kiss me... or what I will do if I do want him to kiss me and he doesn't (or worse- if he tries to kiss me and I DON'T want him to) is not my idea of a good time.My idea of a good time would be doing something active. Also, please put your cell phone away. There is not much more annoying to me than attempting to have a conversation with someone who is texting/face-booking/tweeting every minute.
