About Me

I am not the greatest with words, but I am going to give this a try ;)My friends describe me as a down to earth, easy going, fun-loving and caring person. I love to be outdoors – nothing better than a long hike in Gatineau park in the Fall (although I am notorious for getting lost – typical woman with no sense of direction ;) I also love spending time with family and friends at our family cottage. I spend lots of weekends at the cottage in the summer swimming, kayaking, playing bocce ball, and playing euchre into the wee hours of the night. I am very passionate about living a healthy lifestyle – I love cooking (and dinner parties!), I bike a lot, I walk to work, and I am definitively a ‘take the stairs’ type of person. Enough about me! I am hoping to find a man that has some of these qualities: - Motivated + Confident + Happy person (Life is too short to be unhappy – looking for someone who works for what they want, and has a positive outlook on life)- Effective Communicator (I know I know, this isn’t typical in most men.     Ok here I go!I am many things, and I am interested in many things... I realize that this sounds vague, but it is true, sometimes I think I have too many hobbies and that I therefore split my time, focus and dedication in too many different directions... I call that ****ing around in the garden, which I thoroughly enjoy doing. I plant a veggie garden every summer and this summer I decided to try to learn about flowers, so I now have a flower garden too. They can be so well thought out!
