Things in my life that I’m passionate about: There are many! I have a job that I love, and I learn something new every day from the people that I work with. I also volunteer in a leadership role with a local not-for-profit organization, and am energized by the opportunity to create positive change in my community. I love adventuring, and am always glad of an occasion to pack up a tent and go exploring, especially with a bicycle or canoe. I also get excited learning about ways to live more sustainably and equitably on our planet; I'm very interested in issues of local/organic food, as well as other issues of social and environmental justice.Things that are important to me in a partner: I'm looking for that unquantifialble genuine connection: the kind of connection that is built of open conversation and comfortable silence, shared goals and mutual support, commitment to partnership with each other and to being actively involved in the community around us.
