About Me

I am laid back, down to earth and low maintenance. I consider my friends and family very important to me, although I believe that quality of friends is much more important than quantity. I tend to go out of my way for others, and rarely spoil myself. Friends often come to me for advice and I am happy to help out if I can, although I sometimes find it hard to practice what I preach. I am not athletic, although you can find me at the gym almost every day of the week. I like to be active and do things rather than sit on the couch watching television (although I don't mind the couch with good company). I prefer bars and lounges to clubs. I don't like being the center of attention and am more of a people watcher when I'm out. I can dress up and look nice, although I'd rather be comfortable in my jeans and flip flops. I love to laugh and make people laugh, and love stupid, funny movies. I don't like rain, although I enjoy watching a lightening storm from the inside with someone special. I consider myself mature, although I can be very silly at times. I am just looking for a "normal guy" to share my life with. From experience, I have learned that the first date should be very low key and short. The worst thing is wasting your time and money on a dinner when you know that there will be no future dates. The best first date is a quick drink or coffee. I think most people know right away if there is a chance of another date.

    Let's see, descriptions are so hard to do. And, let's face it, it really is the pictures that bring you to the profile, and make you reach out. As everyone else says, I love to laugh. I have a sense of humor that borders on "picking" on someone. Extremely sarcastic and dry and sometimes dark in my humor.     It’s time to have more fun! I’ve been working way too much for my own good and it’s time for me to get out more and get back to enjoying life.
