I am laid back, down to earth and low maintenance. I consider my friends and family very important to me, although I believe that quality of friends is much more important than quantity. I tend to go out of my way for others, and rarely spoil myself. Friends often come to me for advice and I am happy to help out if I can, although I sometimes find it hard to practice what I preach. I am not athletic, although you can find me at the gym almost every day of the week. I like to be active and do things rather than sit on the couch watching television (although I don't mind the couch with good company). I prefer bars and lounges to clubs. I don't like being the center of attention and am more of a people watcher when I'm out. I can dress up and look nice, although I'd rather be comfortable in my jeans and flip flops. I love to laugh and make people laugh, and love stupid, funny movies. I don't like rain, although I enjoy watching a lightening storm from the inside with someone special. I consider myself mature, although I can be very silly at times. I am just looking for a "normal guy" to share my life with. From experience, I have learned that the first date should be very low key and short. The worst thing is wasting your time and money on a dinner when you know that there will be no future dates. The best first date is a quick drink or coffee. I think most people know right away if there is a chance of another date.

    A bit about me...I am an accountant, gym rat, runner, and yogi. I have made a couple accomplishments this year that I am pretty proud of... I dabble in painting, furniture rehabbing, and gardening/yard work. I like to have a creative outlet. I also enjoy taking on big or small projects to have that feeling of accomplishment and to stay busy...I love it!! I can't wait for this fall and the festivities. I enjoy wine and beer tastings...bon fires, local events, cards (poker)... I have been thinking I would like to learn to ride a motorcycle. I love being a passenger...it's so liberating!! I know that's a lot about what I do, but to find out more, like my personality and relationship type, you'll just have to get to know me. This bio writing thing is not something I am really into...I would rather just go on a relaxed chill date and talk it out...
