Well, I am a single 32 year old professional. I live in Temple, TX... Although there are tons of young people here going through the residency program, most are married with kids! Needless to say, I am finding it a little difficult to meet people around town. So thought I would give the internet thing a try! Since I have spent about 9 years of my life (my 20s) in school & training, I am definitely ready to get out and enjoy life. I haven't travelled much, so that is top priority! Above buying a house. Stability in a career--I do not necesarily have to meet a guy with a college degree. Yes, I have one, but is not required. I do however, want to meet someone who has their career, and is ambitious with it. And, as mean as this may sound, I have spent many years getting my education. I am finally at the place in life where I have the time and money to start enjoying some of the finer things in life, and want someone to enjoy those with.2. No, you don't have to be in love with it, like me. But, must be willing to go to some concerts with me! And maybe do a little 2-stepping! ;)3. Have a sense of humor. If we make it far enough to meet the family, you will need one around my family!In general, I'm looking for many of the same qualities as everyone else; funny, smart, kind, generous, ambitious, dare-devil, etc, etc. I would prefer to meet someone who does not have children yet. I have to say I am a not a fan of of filling out questionnaires...About me, well I greatly enjoy music. I love to play piano and I bought my very 1st baby blue hollowbody Ibanez guitar when I worked at a guitar shop. Dont ask me to play for you though because I don't even know a C major chord yet. I want to share my life with someone who is confident and passionate. I enjoy great witty conversations and even stupid imaginative ones as well. Growing up, I played the piano, flute, some drums, xylophone etc. I also played softball and basketball. In junior high and high school I was in the drill team as well. I just couldn't decide on one thing, and I loved and still love to stay busy. I'm looking for someone who can keep up. Someone who likes hiking and just being outdoors. True, I've recently gained a little weight due to a minor thyroid problem, but I'm working hard to get back down to my right size. I would expect the person I'm with to also have a goal in mind and be energetic and healthy, or at least concerned with his health. I love to walk in the park.
