Well, I am a single 32 year old professional. I live in Temple, TX... Although there are tons of young people here going through the residency program, most are married with kids! Needless to say, I am finding it a little difficult to meet people around town. So thought I would give the internet thing a try! Since I have spent about 9 years of my life (my 20s) in school & training, I am definitely ready to get out and enjoy life. I haven't travelled much, so that is top priority! Above buying a house. I enjoy little weekend trips, but definitely ready for the beach. I'm generally friendly, but I will speak my mind if the situation is right. I have a small group of great friends here, but just haven't met the right guy to date. I'm in that place in life where I'm ready to meet someone and see what life has in store for me!OK-so I will update--things I am looking for in a guy:1. Stability in a career--I do not necesarily have to meet a guy with a college degree. Yes, I have one, but is not required. I do however, want to meet someone who has their career, and is ambitious with it. And, as mean as this may sound, I have spent many years getting my education. I am finally at the place in life where I have the time and money to start enjoying some of the finer things in life, and want someone to enjoy those with.2. No, you don't have to be in love with it, like me. But, must be willing to go to some concerts with me! And maybe do a little 2-stepping! ;)3. Have a sense of humor. If we make it far enough to meet the family, you will need one around my family!In general, I'm looking for many of the same qualities as everyone else; funny, smart, kind, generous, ambitious, dare-devil, etc, etc. I would prefer to meet someone who does not have children yet. I'm very much ready to find someone who is not in a rush to get married, but yet wants a relationship where we can be there for each other. I have 4 fantastic sons :D While I think to myself that a guy who cant have kids or a guy who has only daughters is ideal, I KNOW BETTER THAN THAT and will definitely welcome any fella with kids! I would love to meet a guy who is country, because that's who I am, that's how I want to live my life....I want the cowboy, or the farmer, or any laid back good ole country boy....I want to be around horses, cows, tractors, old nasty farm trucks, the whole nine yards...I want to go hunting and fishing and haul hay. I know what I'm looking for and if it takes a while to find it, then so be it.....I may not want to get settled down right away, but eventually, YES, id love to get married again...and thats the kind of life I want to have. City boys with your baggy britches and the "whatchu gonna do about it" expression on your pics can keep browsing...lol But really, you dont have to meet every criteria...I'm just saying, it's what I'd like...I'm a girl with many different sides of humor....depends on the company I'm with, or group activity, not everyone has the same sense of humor and I know when to switch gears...im a little goofy and smartassy as well when I warm up to you. I am told I'm a great listener and I do like to listen. I have a way of bringing people out of their shell to where they reveal alot to me...I'm very understanding and never judgemental. But I do have difficulty talking about myself, so bringing me out of my shell is a little tough....Let's see....I love camping, backroading, bonfires, Razorback football, drinking beers with friends, dont like crazy clubs but a nice cozy bar with a pool table is a great time! I've started riding horses again. Ive missed it so much!! I quit barrel racing when I was 15 and I fully regret it. Now I'm riding horses again, no telling what it'll lead to though, trail riding would be fabulous though. Ive never gone camping on a horse trail before, think it would be something Id totally enjoy. As another form of exercise I've also picked up walking and I cant believe the difference in my mood when I'm done. It has done me good in more ways than one. Losing weight, feeling good, my attitude and personality have most definitely been boosted, its AWESOME! Music wise... I listen to mainly Country music, but I'll switch between rock, alternative and occasionally bluegrass, just something about the way it sounds...If there is anything else you want to know, definitely get in touch with me!! I love meeting new people and if it doesnt work out, then I'm always welcome to new friends!!! As long as we are able to have a conversation and we are able to learn alot about each other, then I don't mind where the first date is. It could be driving around shooting the breeze, or sitting down somewhere. Horseback riding, playing pool or bowling....Im adaptable to any situation, as long as I'm with good company, then I'm good to go :D
