A romantic at heart and a scientist by training, I'm considerate, flexible and pragmatic. My interests include literature (I'm an avid reader, especially of English authors and the classics), music, the culinary arts, science and languages. Tropical beaches are a favorite place for me. I have a Masters degree in Biology (I also studied linguistics). I am at present working as a German to English translator (I am an accredited translator). I have also worked as a high-school science teacher and am considering doing so again in the future.
