Briefly, (well, that didn't happen- I'm back and forth to NJ as needed. Music is a big part of my life. I play classical piano, but for listening, its gotta be rock n roll! My taste is varied, from classic, to R & B, alternative, and the newer country that crossed over to rock style. I'm really into photography, and shoot pictures wherever I go, even from the back of a bike. I'm not a "biker", but do looove riding as a passenger on warm, sunny days! Don't have the cold weather gear, maybe I'll get chaps out here : ) Among other "likes": writing, mainly poetry, all aspects of nature, warm weather walks, good food, be it gourmet, ethnic, or a yummy burger from grill. I try to eat healthy, but have a weakness for chocolate and icecream. I adore children, most animals (can't pass a dog without stopping to say hi), teaching, learning, hiking outside or treadmilling with ipod inside : ) I'm happy being cozy inside, watching a movie, playing board games, cooking together, working on house projects, or going out, for a concert, photo hike, exploring museums, flea markets, and those wonderful festivals out here! I'm loving, giving, like to show it, and want the same. You can tell I am social, talkative, (REALLY? you ask) so if you want someone seen not heard, or don't enjoy good conversation, I'm not your girl. I love to listen and learn about you, remember details that are important, what you like/don't - that's what makes a caring relationship. I'm open-minded and like the same, can't tolerate prejudice or judgemental angry people. I'm going through a big transition with moving, career, etc.;happy every day" people, I might not fit the bill. That's my goal, but we all have good days, and bad, and I can't hide my emotions. I'm passionate about what I believe in, will support you, and hope you can be there for me too! Life isn't always easy, but it's better with someone who cares at the end of the day, loves you for who you are, accepts your faults because they feel your gifts outweigh them. It would be nice to find someone who can make my heart skip a beat whenever we meet, feel complete. I'm not a groupie, but I'll clap and shout wooooooo! dance - others usually join in, and band feeds on energy, plays even better, right? ~*~ Rock on ~*~ Whatever we both decide sounds like fun : ) I don't prefer to make all the plans (especially since I'm not as familiar with town as you) but I appreciate someone who cares about what I like. Being a night owl, I prefer later, vs. coffee in bright daylight : o We can meet at a local place that has good vibes, shoot pool (I'll miss most shots ha ha) check out 16th Street Mall around sunset, walk in a park , all good. I love getting to know new people, for friendship or if it works out, more. **NOTE: If you are very regimented, can't understand how someone might be a little late, It's a flaw I'm working on is all I can say **

I enjoy being out in nature, movies, road trips, going home to Europe on vacations, getting lost (to me, that just means that I ended up somewhere I've not planned for and most likely wouldn't have seen otherwise)...gotta see the positive in every situation :-) I enjoy watching my 11 year old son skateboard and him getting excited about little random things. I run a strong ship, but allow freedom of personal expression...he's very proud of his electric blue hair :-) I have pretty dry humor and am easily amused...but that doesn't mean I walk around giggling all the time. I'm a netflix girl and love watching cultural, revolutionary documentaries, such as "The other "F" word", "Following Sean", "Don't stop believing: Every man's Journey", etc etc. I enjoy punk rock, such as Pennywise, Black Flagg, RHCP, NOFX, but also enjoy any other music across the board, except Rap...to me, that's not art...just my personal opinion.What I'm looking for in a man...I think you would agree that we all have a picture painted in our heads regarding that special someone. For me, it starts that you have a great sense of humor and can laugh about yourself when you have a "blonde" moment, how you carry yourself, how you treat other people, your own personal style/note...what's your signature?? I like it when people have an edge to them...something unique. Someone I can have an intellectual conversation with. Someone who knows what his place in this world is...be grounded and established, know who you are. I don't do drama and dislike dysfunction; therefore, I enjoy a mentally and emotionally healthy life style. I think that about sums it up Mutual respect of non-judgemental nature...
