As many of us on here...talking about yourself and trying to capture what's in your heart is not always easy. I am looking for someone who has traditional values...trustworthy, honest, and respectful. Just as many men have stated, I am not looking for drama in my life either. Getting dressed up for a night on the town, going out to dinner, a movie or a home cooked meal and some music are all great to me. I enjoy being active and simply relaxing on a beach. I love adventure just as much as being romantic. Nothing wrong with spending a quiet night at home in the arms of that special someone. I will try most things, at least once. I can be spontaneous and like to surprise my partner with things I know he will love. Can't give away all my secrets...I definitely have a sense of humor and can be playful. Never like being hurtful, harsh or crude. While I am independent and strong, I have a very soft, feminine side to me. I am comfortable in a nice dress or a pair of jeans. I don't love the gym, but I love how it makes me look and feel. Working with a personal trainer has been a great experience, as I love challenges. Being Italian...every occasion involves food! I'd much prefer to go to the gym rather than enjoy a good meal or skip dessert (at least sometimes)! Lol Life is short....Do what you say, say what you mean, and mean what you do! Aarghh!!!All Hallows Eve will soon be upon us....time for some Halloween fun!!!I've crossed shark infested waters....on meetville.....held off young & old scalliwags alike.....searched high & low for my matey....my one true buccaneer......perhaps he is lost at sea?!? I have lived my life believing that the best things in life are worth waiting for. While I still do believe this, some experiences over the past few years have made me realize that life is just too short to take for granted. So, I try to enjoy my life to the fullest while I wait for Mr. Right to come along.Adjectives used to describe me include “down to earth”, funny, fun, out-going, confident and genuine. Most people consider me to be intelligent, but I would much prefer to discuss sports or current events than something I learned in a textbook in college. I am much more a natural kind of girl, than the type that takes 2 hours to get ready for work in the morning; but I still like my manicures and do spend time shopping. Don't worry, I promise not to drag you from store to store, unless you want to go! However, during baseball season, I might ask you to join me at a Yankee game, since I usually buy a ticket plan. I’m not looking for the “perfect guy”, but the guy who is “perfect for me”. He should be intelligent, caring, dependable, have a great sense of humor, value friends and family, have personal and professional goals and ambitions and be open to a meaningful relationship. A love of baseball wouldn't hurt, but it is definitely not a deal breaker. My ideal first date would be one where time flies by. What seems like minutes is actually hours. Looking up and realizing you are the last ones left in the place. It's a product of the great conversation, laughter and mutual attraction. You don't want the night to end, and you can't wait to see each other again. I've gone on first dates to a bar and not even finished one drink, and the date was amazing because of the conversation and the mutual attraction - that's what's important. You know quickly whether you want another date. A kiss goodnight and asking on the first date for a second date are always the best ways to end a first date.
