Travelling and music are my two passions.-;-) I love live music, and going to concerts of all kinds. Ive been singing my whole life, and have done a lot of performing. These days, I sing with my students at school!! My most recent gig was the national anthem at our middle school graduation! I have an English bulldog who is almost ten yrs old and very important to me. So.....even if you don't have a dog, you have to love them! Lets be real. First dates can be really hard! There's chemistry, or there isn't. I prefer a first date to be somewhere that's relaxed, casual, and we can talk (and hear each other!) I thought this was funny...... "Dating rules. Lunch is an interview, drinks are an audition, coffee is cheap, and dinner is romance" - Patti Stanger

Looking for: man. In age: 41-51
For the last few years, I've been working on creating a great life for myself. I have a satisfying career that I'm really passionate about, a great support system of family and friends and have spent some time traveling and enjoying me. I think what makes me unique is my ability to stay calm in every situation and accept what is without blaming or judging. This is something I've been practicing for awhile and although some situations are tougher for me, I always manage to get through. Currently, my goals are to be happy and enjoy life. These two goals will be with me forever since they're an ongoing aspiration. In my spare time I enjoy running, yoga and being at the gym. I also enjoy going to NYC for a great meal, show or just to people watch.

Hey there! I find men that have a crazy sarcastic wit about them very attractive. A sense of humor is first and foremost one of the best qualities a person can possess. I love having debates and political conversations and I want someone to challenge me. It cracks me up that men on here (and women, I'm sure) can't be polite if someone *** they are not interested in. We are all adults. Being nice really isn't that difficult. While I realize we all have baggage I try very hard to keep my life simple and positive. I hope to find the same in a man. And, if you have a photo of you and a deer you just killed I'm pretty sure we won't get along too well! That, and nipple piercings are sort of dealbreakers!I work as a photojournalist at a newspaper and love my job...I can't imagine doing anything else.Money doesn't impress me and I get bored very quickly when men try to "wow" me with a laundry list of stuff they have bought. While I have some extra pounds on me I do go to the gym, go trail hiking, eat organic, and haven't eaten red meat or pork in almost 25 years. I have an extremely active job that keeps me running around each day. That said I am working on getting into better shape to feel even better about who I am.Many of my friends tell me I could get a wall to talk to me so I would say I can talk about pretty much anything. I randomly talk to strangers and love meeting interesting people that way. I am a very independent but I'm at a point where I really want to share the fun of life with another person. I want someone to cook for when I come home from work and go out to new, fun restaurants and try new food! Someone to pamper and spoil and watch football with all day on Sundays. I have that I don't want children only because realistically at 43 I just don't think it is gonna happen! However, I love kids and would welcome any man that has them.I'm easy-going and I'm up for almost anything....I'm a big explorer and love trying new things. Anything relaxed and fun....I'm not someone to be nervous on a date so I'm up for anything!
