I am definitely not the average girl, I'm a little nerdy and definitely quirky. I'm usually the odd ball in the bunch or at least that's the way I feel. Of course I do want to meet someone secure in his own skin and life, educated, can make me laugh, be fun, spontaneous; thin or athletic build, patient and have a good job.My personality, I'm nerdy, artsy, goofy, an 80's child, social and shy at the same time, fashionable and unique, passionate, quirky and a big kid all at the same time. Wherever the road leads, but nothing too serious. I want to have fun and get to know the person I'm with as a friend. On the 3rd or 4th date we can decide if we want to continue forward. Alright I’ll just admit it, yes on OCCASION I have been known to have my blonde moments. However, I like to view that as me just being a trustworthy kind of person. A very strong value, and one that I hope I display to my daughter, is to treat people the way you want to be treated. As I'm sure everyone does, I love to laugh and hope that the person I meet has a sense of humor. I love doing things outdoors. I’ve been riding my bike to work for the last 12 yrs and will pick that over metro any day! I work out most days in our gym at work. Absolutely love to stay active but also love a cozy night at home in the pj’s watching a movie, reading a good book or snuggling with someone special. I'm a morning person. I’ve inherited the family gene of competitiveness. If I think I have a chance to beat you in something watch out………..it’s ON! Don’t worry I’ll tell you you did a great job in losing to me!;-) I love going on hikes with the dog and exploring. My biggest downfall…sweets! When I first meet people I am quiet and kind of on the shy side but I open up more as I get to know you. Once I do feel comfortable around you I tend to have a sarcastic sense of humor. I'm originally from NJ which mean I'm a Giants fan!! FYI - if you're a Cowboys fan hopefully you have a ton of great qualities that will make up for that mistake in your life...lol. I do prefer a guy to be at least 5'10.My family is my biggest blessing. I only wish they lived closer! But one piece is missing and that’s someone to grow old with and enjoy the second half of my life with. I would prefer to meet someone that lives close by to me. I am a single mom and if my daughter suddenly gets a play date it would be nice if you lived close by so we could get together.
