Alright I’ll just admit it, yes on OCCASION I have been known to have my blonde moments. However, I like to view that as me just being a trustworthy kind of person. A very strong value, and one that I hope I display to my daughter, is to treat people the way you want to be treated. As I'm sure everyone does, I love to laugh and hope that the person I meet has a sense of humor. I love doing things outdoors. I’ve been riding my bike to work for the last 12 yrs and will pick that over metro any day! I work out most days in our gym at work. Absolutely love to stay active but also love a cozy night at home in the pj’s watching a movie, reading a good book or snuggling with someone special. I'm a morning person. I’ve inherited the family gene of competitiveness. If I think I have a chance to beat you in something watch out………..it’s ON! Don’t worry I’ll tell you you did a great job in losing to me!;-) I love going on hikes with the dog and exploring. My biggest downfall…sweets! When I first meet people I am quiet and kind of on the shy side but I open up more as I get to know you. Once I do feel comfortable around you I tend to have a sarcastic sense of humor. I'm originally from NJ which mean I'm a Giants fan!! FYI - if you're a Cowboys fan hopefully you have a ton of great qualities that will make up for that mistake in your life...lol. I do prefer a guy to be at least 5'10.My family is my biggest blessing. I only wish they lived closer! But one piece is missing and that’s someone to grow old with and enjoy the second half of my life with. I would prefer to meet someone that lives close by to me. I am a single mom and if my daughter suddenly gets a play date it would be nice if you lived close by so we could get together. I am pretty happy being me. I keep busy with kids & family, friends, and work. However, I am finding I have more free time, here of late, and would enjoy someone to hang out with. We could go on walks, the movies, site see, whatever really. I am a pretty laid back, go with the flow type of gal. I am often told I look young for my age [ this is a great thing! ] and that I am a lot cuter in person than my pics...lol. ;)A couple of things: I expect honesty. I adore conversation, and love to laugh. I enjoy sweetness, flirting, and friendly banter. I am a curious creature by nature. I have two boys still at home, ages 9 and 18. The 9 year old spends half the time with his dad. I like keeping active by walking, biking, hiking, etc. I like variety in life, new experiences are a good thing, although the same ole' same ole' is sometimes nice. I also enjoy my time hanging out at home, watching movies, listening to music, reading, and lounging on my balcony. Not big into the bar scene but not opposed to an occasional night out. My uncle says I am perfect in every way...he may be a little biased....lol. My friends say I am interesting, honest, open, sweet, and fun to hang around.Basically I am looking to ENJOY this JOURNEY we call life by experiencing new things, traveling, laughing, finding peace, and meeting that someone special. Meeting at a outdoor cafe or a patio would be a nice....somewhere not too loud or too busy - let's get to know each other a little, see if we can find a connection.
