About Me

Here's a little bit of information about me: - I am mildly eco-conscious, I was recently shamed while shopping at Whole Foods Market on "Earth Day" for failure to bring my own reusable grocery bags. (Note to self: put reusable grocery bags back in the car.***Please don't ask me to describe what I do in one sentence because it will take me at least 10 which I realize could be past your attention span in a first meeting. - I have been doing hot yoga regularly over the last nine months, just trying to get a little more "namaste" into my life. And I've recently become much more aware of the quality of what I choose to eat. Trying to make healthier food choices and ingrain good eating habits into my lifestyle. - I listen to music on a daily basis. Afterall, it's the sountrack to our lives, right?- I never expected that I would fall in love with the charm of the desert, but I sure have. I am from the Central Coast...if you saw the movie "Sideways" then you've seen where I grew up.- I love to entertain or host people to my home in an old-fashioned (serve dinner and dessert) kind of way not in a creepy way they seem to be referring to on Craigslist. I watch a lot of HGTV but secretly I believe that I could do a better job than some of the people on the shows. I know enough about antiques to be dangerous. Right now I'm obsessed with and am studying ***'s Spanish Revival architecture and furniture.- Something easy going and public, like maybe coffee at Starbucks or meeting for a drink after work at a restaurant or bar. I'd love to walk around the Desert Botanical Gardens given that I'm an avid gardener.

Looking for: man. In age: 41-51

I have experienced life, I wouldn't change one bit of it because it has made me the person I am today, and there’s still more to come .. My family, friends and Faith are most important to me. I’m fun, happy, and free spirited. I am very reliable, dependable, just considerate; I am a very loyal person when it comes to relationships.. I hope to find someone that will treat me as good as I treat them. I don't let everyone in right away... ***I ALSO NEED TO ADD THAT IF YOUR NOT 6'0 OR TALLER I PROBABLY WILL NOT RESPOND. SORRY IF THIS OFFENDS ANYONE...I am looking forward to meeting a considerate, caring, honest man who likes to have fun but can also take it easy and relax at times. I am searching for that person who is willing to make an EFFORT, actions speak louder. Lastly, I want to end up with my best friend. Of course above all there has to be that chemistry between both people, which is unexplainable. Surprise me, probably something or somewhere we can talk and get to know each other!

Woman. 45 years old. Zodiac sign: Gemini.

Looking for: man. In age: 42-52

I would like to have one man in my life that I can hang out with, have passionate moments with, and still have my space when I need it, because I am somewhat independent and self-reliant. I want a man in my life, but I don't need a man in my life. However, you may be the guy that makes me fall head over heals and want to spend every waking moment with you. Anything is possible. I want to be cherished, as I will cherish you in return; I think that is the most important verb in a relationship. But other than that, what you see is what you get. Yes, I am a curvy, voluptuous woman. I could stand to lose some weight, but it's not a priority for me; love me for what is on the inside and don't expect perfection. I am very forthcoming about what I want in life. I am fully responsible for myself and I expect you to be as well. I am very passionate. I am generous to a fault, even to people that I don't know (I get that from my dad). I am independent and outspoken. I am fiercely loyal and protective of the people that I care about. I hate drama. I love to travel; I like to attend local events like the street fair, a concert, spring training or even the swap meet. I like to go to happy hour, sing karaoke, dance my ass off to a live band, and go to the casino. I love to watch sports, especially the UofA, at a sports bar or a friend's house where we can enjoy a few drinks during the game. What I look for in a man: I am drawn to men that are outgoing and spontaneous; a person's looks will catch my eye but personality is what makes me want to get to know you better. I want someone who is down to earth and treats people with respect and consideration. I want someone that is comfortable in his own skin, that can be the life of the party or mellow and laid back, depending on the situation. Chemistry, spark, whatever you want to call it... that is important, and I will know right away if it is there."Life is short. Break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss SLOWLY, love truly, laugh uncontrollably, and never regret ANYTHING that makes you smile." ~ Blige, Patsy Cline, Lenny Kravitz, Maroon 5........ I hate Starbucks, but happy hour would be ideal to get comfortable with each other and take the edge off cuz I get nervous, or maybe even a sporting event where the atmosphere is casual. Somewhere that we can flirt and have fun and not have to worry about which fork to use with which dish.
