Is it possible to have writers block over a profile? I think it is because I seem to have it. Most recently, I've been looking for something to replace my 9 year long real estate career which the economic downturn pretty much wrecked.I can vouch for the fact that there are some very dateable people on this site because I just got out of a year and a half long relationship with a guy I met on here. In the end, we just had different goals in life but are still friends. I'm a glass is half and the bartender's on his way over with another kinda girl. I love trying new things and meeting new people....oh, and staying up all night. I'm a terrible insomniac! *Side note: My hair isn't blond anymore. I recently had a mishap with some purple hair dye and in my attempts to fix it had to resort to dark brown to cover it up. :( My ideal first date is more about having a chance to get to know the person I'm with than it is about where we are and/or what we're doing...but if you prefer your first dates to take place on a tropical island, I wouldn't be opposed to having it on Maui!
