About Me

As an undergraduate, I majored in computer science and in German. I spent 7 years working as a programmer and got bored of a life that never changes. I'm now an English teacher. I love languages and cultures but I'm getting tired of this life and I want to come home. *I AM IN RIYADH UNTIL JUNE!!* I'm hoping to get to know someone who I can meet in person when I come back. I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, and sometimes snowboarding although I'm not accustomed to the cold like I once was. I also like reading, watching movies, and eating delicious food (I am vegetarian). I like writing about life and issues that are important to me. I love a good conversation that looks at ideas from different angles. I like to be silly and lighthearted and to hear terrible jokes. I have big dreams I plan to live and I'd like to meet someone else with their own mind and dreams. Stuff doesn't impress me much but a good character does. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, Here's a little about me. I love to sing, dance and host dinner party's for family and friends. I am a traveler . I am charismatic and exude sex appeal. I'm looking for a mans man. Someone who knows exactly how to make me laugh. :) I dance to anything with a beat, my favorite being house and electro. I love all types of music... I attend 3 day festivals every summer. I am a positive woman with a strong captivating aura. There is only one of me. I have never been married and have no children. Both are in my future. I have a dog she is suuuuper sweet. She travels everywhere with me. I love all types of people but you have to be very special to be my man. My man will dance with me in the kitchen or anywhere. He tells me I'm beautiful everyday and makes me feel safe. He gives me star-gazer lilies to see me smile :) Message me to see if we click :)PS, Good Luck to all those who search for true love. Dinner and drinks. A game of pool. Whatever, Im easy going and open minded. Suggest something cause I like it when a man can make a plan. :)

Here's a few things to know: Halloween is my favorite holiday. I love coffee and I'm not a morning person. The promise of coffee and sugar are the ONLY things that get my sorry butt out of bed in the morning. After which, I don't make my bed, except maybe on the weekends, but that's a big maybe. I've never seen The Notebook, so the chances of my making you sit through it are pretty slim. I do love scary movies though and if you're a fraidy cat don't worry, I'll hold your hand :) On the more ridiculous end of the spectrum I am completely terrified of spiders, so you (hopefully) should not be. Yes, I know it's irrational and ridiculous; at least I own it!Hmmm...what else....I find myself getting sucked into Law and Order marathons frequently, but my dirtly little TV secret is Wipeout. Watching people voluntarily subject themselves to getting the crap kicked out of them provides me with endless entertainment (I am easily entertained? Yes.) Okay, moving on.... If there's an easy way and a hard way to do something, I'm going the hard way each and every time. Sometimes on purpose and sometimes not; I can be pretty stubborn and won't let anyone tell me what I can or cannot do; I'm always up for a challenge. I'm a pretty kick-!), but I'm no gourmet chef; don't ask me to make you a porkchop. Overall, I'm pretty low-maintenance; a friend once described me as the girliest tomboy he ever met. Maybe it has something to do with growing up in a house full of boys? I don't worry about the rain messing up my hair, breaking a nail or running to the store without looking perfectly made-up. When I laugh, I do it out loud, no holds barred if it's funny. Funny is good. In general, I like people that are different than me; i don't need a twin. I like having the opportunity to see a new perspective or a different way of thinking. My interests range from dance, I take ballet, modern and jazz, to reading, to rocking out to the Deftones while (attempting to) clean my house, to hanging out at the beach (rain or shine, I love watching the waves). What I'm looking for? Possibility. Someone who could enjoy pajama Sundays and banana chocolate chip pancakes when it's a monsoon outside and building a fort out of blankets and watching movies is a better option than leaving the house. And now, the fine print: I'm a few months out from a pretty big surgical repair of my foot/ankle (see above reference to love of dance...), and am still in rehab/recovery, so although I'm getting back into being active I can't go crazy just yet! First dates can be weird; it's like trying to make new friends all over again. Second dates are usually better; less feeling like we're in a mutual interview. Meeting for a drink, GoKart Racing, or a walk around Greenlake is fun or anywhere where there's good people-watching. I've found that if there's chemistry, it doesn't matter what you're doing. It's just effortless.
